After they arrived in the Capitol, Tigris did her clothing and make-up. She looked very beautiful, she was wearing a short baby blue dress, with silver heels and matching jewellery. After she got dressed, she got another manner lesson from Ella, 'cause it was very important to her that she behaved well in the Capitol.

"Eyes Bright, Chins up, Smiles on, I am talking to you Lea," Ella said in a strict tone to Lea as they were walking towards the party. "You too, Tyler, you are a mentor, you have to look presentable as well," Ella warned.

"Now there'll be photographers, interviews, everyone will be here to celebrate you, my Victor," Ella said enthusiastically while clapping her hands. Lea simply rolled her eyes, she was not looking forward to this night.

"Breath it all in, this is all for you," Ella said while walking up the stairs with the rest following behind Her.

"It will be over before you know it," Finnick whispered in her ear.

"I hope so," She whispered back.

The Capitol Party was extravagance on steroids. That was the only way, she could describe it. Everybody was dressed really extraordinarily. There were animals present, fire breathers, big fountains, and huge tables with lots of food. Whilst some people in the districts starved to death, the Capitol citizens overfilled themselves with food.

Ella took her to talk to some important Capitol people, so far the night was very boring but she had to act interested and smile the entire time 'cause these rich people could come in very handy one day. After a while, Ella let her alone and she was left on her own, she didn't really know where to go or at what to look at, it was all very overwhelming. She looked around for Finnick, but when she saw him, he had his arm wrapped around some Capitol women. She knew that they couldn't be seen together here and that he was only doing it, to benefit their tributes later, she couldn't help but feel jealous.

Suddenly a familiar face made his way over to her. "Enjoying your party?" Seneca asked.

"No," Lea scoffed before her eyes widened. "But they, don't tell anyone I said that," she laughed.

"Your secret is safe with me," he laughed. "I get that it can be a bit overwhelming, the Capitol always does everything over the top, and the people here all think they're worth more than they are,"

"Do you think, you are worth more than you are?" She asked him

"Oh, I definitely think that," he smiled as she laughed at his joke, well at least she hoped that he was joking 'cause Seneca was one of the nicer Capitol people, at least she could have a real conversation with him unlike some others, who simply bragged about how amazing they were.

"Your district tour went well, I heard, Everyone loved you," Seneca said.

"Well, I am very loveable," she smiled as she raised her glass, to take a sip but her glass was empty.

"Do you want another drink, I can go grab one for you," Seneca asked.

"Sure, that would be lovely, I will come with you," Lea said as they walked over to the drinks table.

"Is there something, you would recommend? Lea asked. "I have only drank champagne since I arrived but I kinda want to taste some of the cocktails,"

"Mmm," Seneca said confidently as he stepped forward. "I would recommend you a fruity drink. It's sweet, like you," He joked.

"That's cheesy," Lea laughed as he handed her a drink.

"Oh that does taste good, is it with strawberries?" She asked as she took a sip of the drink he made for her.
