Stiles' POV

"Call it again." Scott says as he throws stuff all around his room trying to find his phone. I sit in Scott's desk chair as Lexi lays on the bed. "It's not here." She says and I nod in agreement. "So you lost your phone. Get a new one." I tell him,

"I can't afford a new one. And I can't do this alone. We have to find Derek." Scott stresses. "Okay. A, you're not alone. You have Lex and I. And B, didn't you tell me Derek walked right into gunfire? He sounds pretty dead." I say. "Argents plan was to use him to get the alpha. They won't kill him." Scott says. "Alright, so then, just let them do what they're planning, you know? They use Derek to find Peter, problem solved." I say and Scott shakes his head.

"Not if Peter's going after Allison to find Derek! I can't protect her on my own, which means we either find Derek first- just- just help me!" Scott stresses and I sigh and start to help him look around. "You know, you probably lost it when you two were fighting. You remember that? When he was trying to kill you? After you interrupted him trying to kill Jackson? Are you stating to see a pattern of violent behaviour, here?"

"He wasn't going to kill anyone. And I'm not letting him die." Scott says and I sit back down. "Could you at least think about letting him die? For me?" I ask making Lexi chuckle.

Alexis's POV

"Nothing's wrong. I have a lot on my mind." Allison defends as me, her and Lydia step onto the escalator. "You could smile at least. Ever hear the saying: never frown. Someone could be falling in love with your smile. Smile Allison. We're buying you a dress." Lydia says making Allison chuckle.

"So, you're going with Stiles?" Allison asks me and I nod as we walk over to a rack of dresses while Lydia walks over to another one. "Before you get any ideas, we're going as friends." I tell her and she hums slightly making me give her a look. "We don't like each other like that." I tell her and she nods. "For now." She says .

We go quiet for a moment before Allison sighs and looks over at me. "Hey Lexi? There's something I wanted to talk to you about. And you'll probably think I'm crazy but I need to talk about it with someone." She says. "What is it?" I ask her. "Last night-"

"That's not your colour." A familiar voice says, interrupting her making me turn around to see Peter, looking at the dress in Alison's hand. "Sorry if that was intrusive. But considering your skin tone, I'd go lighter." He says as I step closer to Allison. "Because I'm pale?" Allison asks glancing at me, obviously uncomfortable. "Fare. You can't call skin like yours pale. Not skin that perfect." He says and Allison grips my arm.

"Trust me, I have unique perspective on the subject." He says as he looks at the dress. "Would you mind?" He reaches for her hand. Before she can even move, he has his fingers around her palm, delicately drawing her hand up to the dress. "See, much better." He says. "The two of you are here alone, aren't you?" He asks, inching closer making me pull Allison back slightly as I glare at him. "Friends looking for dresses too?" He asks and Allison nods. "High school dance?"

"Formal. Now can you leave before I do something I won't regret?" I say making him look at me amused as a voice comes through the speakers. 'Attention shoppers. To the owner of a blue Mazda, license plate 5-U-N-I-7-6-8. Your car is being towed.'

"Oh my god, that's my car." Allison exclaims before running off as I turn to Peter. "Whatever you have planned, you might want to stop now while you're ahead, Peter. You're not gonna win." I warn and he chuckles while looking at the dresses. "Is that so?" He asks taking a dress off the rack before holding it in front of me. "No." He mumbles then sets it back down making me frown at him.
