Alexis's POV

"This doesn't seem so bad." Stiles says as me, him and Lydia look around as I hold Stiles' hand. We are in Mexico to negotiate with the Calaveras. "It's not the town, it's the plan." Lydia says making Stiles look at her offended as I chuckle. "What's wrong with the plan?" He asks.

"Stiles, this could be the stupidest plan we've ever come up with. You know that, right?" Lydia says exasperatedly and he nods. "I'm aware it's not the best..." he says making me raise my eyebrows. "Have we ever had a good plan?" I ask.

"We are going to die." Lydia says making Stiles glance at her. "Are saying that as a banshee or are you just being pessimistic?" He asks as we start walking. "I'm saying it as a person who doesn't want to die." Lydia says and I chuckle. "Okay...would you mind restricting any talk of death to actual banshee predictions?" Stiles asks.

"This plan is stupid and we're going to die." Lydia says making me laugh as Stiles nods his head. "Oh thank you." He says sarcastically and Lydia smiles.

Walking up to the front of the club, two men stand in front of us. "Estamos aquí para la fiesta?" I ask and the men look at each other then shake their heads making me sigh. Stiles pulls out a card from his pocket before showing it to one of them, he looks over to the camera making Stiles hold up the card to it and then a few seconds after the door buzzes open.

Taking a deep breath, we walk in, the door shutting behind us as we walk down a hall. The music we could already hear makes the walls shake violently. As we walk, Stiles grabs my hand as I keep a good grip on Lydia's arm to make sure we don't get separated.

Standing at the bar, three shots get poured out in front of us making us raise our eyebrows I'm confusion. Stiles goes to grab his wallet but a hand grabs mine and his shoulder. "No. On the house. Most American teenagers don't cross the border to refuse a drink." Someone says and I sigh.

"We didn't come here for a drink." I say as Lydia drops a bullet into her shot glass.

"Severo hates this music. Me? I've always loved the music of the youth. This especially, it has a savage energy." Araya says, looking down at whatever she's doing making me sigh. "We're here for Derek Hale." I tell her making Araya look at me and smile. "Is that so?"

"We know you have him. We've heard you can be brought." Lydia says as Stiles puts stacks of cash on the table. "That's fifty thousand for Derek." He says making Araya chuckle.

"Now, where does a teenage boy get money like this? Japanese Mafia?" She asks and people around her start to cock their guns making Lydia and Stiles jump while I sit unfazed. "Not smart to come alone." Araya says making me raise my eyebrows. "What makes you think we're alone?" I ask.

Araya's face falls into a scowl. "You brought a wolf into my home?" She questions angrily and Stiles smirks. "We brought an alpha." He tells her.

"My friends...I don't think you're aware of your poor timing. Do you know what the dark moon is?" Araya asks. "The part of the lunar phase when the moon is at least visible in the sky." Lydia answers and Araya nods. "But do you know it's meaning?" She asks.

"Some people say it's a time of reflection and grief." Lydia says and Araya chuckles. "Grief and loss, mija. I wonder why, when you and your friends have suffered so much loss, you would risk it again for someone like Derek Hale." She says making Stiles squint at her. "Cause we don't like to lose."

"Nadie en la cantina. Front door clear, south clear." Someone says over the radio. "North? Norte?" Severo asks but gets no response. "Dónde está el norte?"
