Angeldust was stood in front of the mirror in his bathroom, attempting to psych himself up for the last half hour.

"I like you, Husk." He said cringing. "That's so basic. Why the fuck is this so hard!" He groaned throwing his face into his hands. "Listen Husky, I really like -god damnit!" He groaned, hating how much he was overthinking this.

He left his bathroom and laid on his bed annoyed with himself. It's been a very long time since he's had feelings for anyone. Flirting for work is easy, because he means none of it, but this is different. He needs Husker to know he's being genuine. Angeldust stayed in his room, for most of the day. Husker was a little disappointed the spider hasn't stopped at the bar to pester him yet.
It was nearly four pm and the only people he served was Vaggy and Alastor. He was probably on his tenth drink of the day so far.

Angeldust didn't go downstairs until roughly seven. He was just in his pajamas which was a cropped t shirt and boxers and he didn't really care, he's about as covered as he usually is so why did it matter?

It didn't. At least not to him.

He sat at the bar. Husker smiled at the spider's presence.

"What'll it be?" The bartending cat asked.

"Scotch?" Angeldust asked.

Husker poured the drink into a glass and sat it down on the bartop in fromt of the spider.

"Thank ya." The spider sipped the drink.

"Anytime, Legs." Husk stated. Angeldust couldn't help but blush at the nickname. Husker thought of the nickname while he reminisced last night. Judging by the spider's reaction. Husker's got at least one point in the board. He smirked.

"Thanks for last night, by the way. I had a lot of fun." Husker rubbed the back of his neck awkwardly.

"I had fun too." Angeldust agreed.

Angeldust sat at the bar until it closed just innocently attempting to flirt with Husker, who wasn't exactly stopping him this time.

"Your wings just for show or can you fly?" Angeldust asked.

"Depends. Why ya asking?" Husker answered with a question.

"Just curious." Angeldust admitted.

"I can." The cat demon stated. Angeldust was intrigued. Husk finished another bottle of booze and grabbed another. Angeldust sneakily took it from the cat demon

"Yoink." He said grabbing and opening the bottle.

"What the fuck?! Give it back!" Husk demanded very annoyed.

"Alright." Angeldust said before taking a large gulp and handing it back to Husker, who scowled. Husker wiped the top of the bottle for taking his own swig.

"And I'm the asshole." Husker rolled his eyes.

"You're my asshole." Angeldust winked. Husker just drank his booze ignoring the Demon.

Soon it was time to close the bar, Angeldust didn't want to leave so he helped Husk with whatever he needed. He wiped the bar counter while Husker restocked the shelves, before he locked up.

"Thanks." Husk said with appreciation.

"Don't mention it, Schnookems." Angeldust stated.

Husk rolled his eyes at the demons words trying to distract from his own blushing face.

Angeldust went up stairs to his room Husk followed shortly after be he went to his own room.

Angeldust was face down in a pillow mentally screaming at himself for not saying a word about his feelings. Little did he know Husk was in his room having a similar panic. Did he actually have feelings towards the spider?

Husk was laying on his bed just thinking, his paw running through the fur on top of his head. Maybe he does have feelings towards the spider. He doesn't think he's ready to face that truth yet, but regardless he thinks Angeldust should know.
