Seventy Six

A few days had passed. Husk and Angeldust were figuring out plans for their wedding. They were sat in the lobby on the couch with a big book.

"Can Charlie marry us?" Husk wondered.

Angeldust shrugged. "I don't know but we can ask."

"Best man?" Husk asked

"Fuck that, it's called Best bitch now. Cherri would end me, if she wasn't maid of honor." Angeldust laughed.

Husk chuckled and kissed Angeldust's lips, glad to take a much needed break from planning, as the spider deepened the kiss and the two demons made out. Though the thought made Husk realize something. Angeldust didn't really have male friends. They've been together forever at this point and yet Husk just noticed. He'll ask about it later.

They finally pulled away.

"I love you." Husk stated capturing his fiancé's lips again.

"I love you too." Angel said after he kissed back and the two pulled away.

The two went back to planning and preparing.

"I think mine would be my brother, ya know the one who's running my casino." Husk stated.

"Not Al?" Angel asked.

Husk shook his head. "If you think I'm inviting him of all people to the wedding ya lost ya mind."

"Awwwh! But I like the strawberry pimp." The spider joked.

Charlie came down the stairs with Sera.

Angeldust immediately called them over not caring what they originally had come down for.  The two girls walked over to them.

"What is it?" Charlie asked.

"We was wonderin' if you would like to officiate our weddin?" Angeldust asked.

Charlie was honored. Her mouth fell open she almost started crying. "I'd love to but I don't have that power. I could ask my da-"

"I could do it. I think it's the least I could do to repay the amount of damage I caused, before I fell." Sera interupted.

"Really? You'd do that?" Husk was surprised.

He and the Seraphim hadn't really gotten along and she had a lot of things to say about his relationship with Angel. As well as Charlie and Vaggy's.

She nodded.

"My time here, really has opened my eyes. I'm sorry for the things I have said."

Niffty scuttled her way into the lobby chasing roaches when she discovered what they were talking about.

"Can I be the flower demon?! I wanna be the flower demon!" She asked repeatedly, bouncing up and down excitedly.

Husk cocked an eyebrow and looked at Angel. "Your call babe."

Angel thought about it.
"Sure, Niff."

"YES!" he hugged Angel's leg. He just chuckled.

Sera wouldn't tell them but she had an alterior motive. A good motive but, she hoped what she was planning would allow her to be forgiven.

"Hey Sera, do you think Emily could find a way for my sister to be there?" Angeldust wondered.

Sera thought about it for a moment. "I am unsure how that works, but, I could make sure she can see it at least. What day are ya looking to have it?"

"Halloween." Husk stated.

"I will definitely talk to my sister before then, I'll let you know what she says." She assured.
