Y/N's POV

I had been job hunting for the last week or so and have been applying to a couple of jobs. I was hoping something would bring back the spark in the job I had. I know it has been not long I had this job but it had been quite some time having this job. I think it has been a couple of years now and there was some new clicks in my mind.

"How is the job hunting process going my love?" Alan asked as he sat down next to me on the floor.

I had been sitting on the floor reading through the papers looking for potential employment.

"It is going to say the least," I said with a chuckle.

"Well is that good or bad?" Alan asked as he looked at me.

"I have applied to a few over the last few days and I am still looking for new options. I am trying to apply to as many as I can to see if I could get some potential going," I said.

"I am sure you will find what is meant for you. Like I did even though it did take some time for this to take off," Alan said.

"I know my love and if I just keep the faith like you did then it is going to work out," I said.

"Hey guys what is going on over here?" Les asked as he sat on the floor near us.

"I am looking for a new job as we had talked about the last few days," I said.

"So I am going to assume you found some options?" Les asked.

"Yeah, a couple of options and now it is going well. I am just trying to figure out what I want to do," I said.

Les grabbed one of the papers and looked over the ones I had circled.

"This one says you could be a photographer for one of the lines at this place?" Les said looking at me.

"Yeah, it says I can document some stuff but I don't know if I would quality for it," I said.

"That could be fun for you my love," Alan said.

"That is kind of why I want to apply but I am not too sure if they would laugh in my face," I said.

"You have done some stuff in that line though. I mean you have gotten some pictures taken before," Alan said.

"But I do not know if it would be quite the same thing. One is personal and the other is the opposite," I said.

"I mean you could try and see what they say?" Les asked.

"I was thinking of that but you know how it goes with me. I have been in the same job for so long I do not know if it would change my chances," I said.

"Well I mean it does show you would be a stable person for them to work with. You stay with certain places for extended periods of time," Alan said.

"Too bad money does not come off of trees," Les said with a chuckle.

"Oh how nice it would be to have a money tree," I said.

"I think it would be an interesting thing for money to grow on trees but it would never happen," Alan said.

"Oh I know it would not but it would be funny if one day it did," Les said.

"I think I am going to stop looking for right now and just try to think about what I really want to do," I said.

"Why don't you just take some time to relax and think about it? It is not like the money situation is bad at all," Alan said.
