Chapter 99

-Time Skip: May 20th 1978 -

Y/N's POV

I was finishing my degree program now.. (when writing this I don't know what month she started it lol.) I would be graduating here soon and it is so nice to be able to have another degree under my belt. Something so exciting about being a girl who has a lot of education under her belt.

"I think it is nice how you are able to have multiple degrees," Alan said as he looked at me.

"Do you ever think I am wasting time when getting degrees?" I asked.

"I don't think you are wasting time," he said.

"I think it is nice to be so educated. It took me a bit of time but it is quite nice to be done with this one now. I am going to be able to go with you if you do any more tours," I said with a big a smile.

"I am so glad I am not going to be leaving you again. Something about being with you all the time is nice," he said.

"I love being with you all of the time too. It makes me happy knowing I am going to be able to do some different things for you and your tour," I said.

"You get to schedule this tour for me if you would like to do so. I think it is kind of cool you are able to do that," he said.

"I did not know where I was trying to go with this whole thing but it is so clear to me now," I said.

A knock was heard on the door and I went to open it. It was Les.

"Oh hey Les come on in," I said.

"Hey guys," Les said as he walked inside.

"What is up Les? How is everything going?" Alan asked.

"We kind of were thinking you could come play a couple of shows with us. We know you are doing your own thing but would you be down to join us for a couple of shows?" Les asked.

"Well when are these shows?" Alan asked.

"In the next few weeks. We are going to be playing a couple of local shows and we thought it would be nice for you to join us for a bit of time," Les said.

"Oh I think it would be a lot of fun. How is it going in the group now?" Alan asked.

"Oh it is going quite good. We have a lot of interesting things going on and in the works so it is going to be nice to have your input since you are an artist of you own," Les said.

"What do you think?" Alan asked as he looked at me.

"I think this is going to be good for you. And I will be there in the audience for you guys as always," I said.

"I think it is nice how much support you give us and the boys even if Alan is not in the group no more. I always wonder why do you?" Les asked as he looked at me.

"Well first of all you guys are like my brothers and of course Derek is like my best friend. And now me and you are becoming such good friends so it is kind of all of the above," I said.

"I think it is nice for your support to always be there. We do appreciate you there. How is it going with you and your stuff?" Les asked as he looked at Alan.

"Well it is going good. I have a couple of ideas in the plans for wanting to plan out some tours again. I have been a couple of places as you know but now Y/N is finishing this degree she is going to be joining in. And one of the cool things is she is going to be able to help me plan out the tours," Alan said.

"Ooo isn't that fancy? I think it is nice you will have Y/N going places with you. And if you wanted you could turn her into your personal assistant," Les said.

"I do not think she would be my personal assistant. And that would be for multiple reasons and for one she is my wife," Alan said.

"It would be kind of weird," I said.

"Yeah, so it is kind of something I do not think we should," Alan said.

"Well yeah you are kind of right it would be kind of weird having your wife as your assistant," Les said.

"Is there anything else you are thinking about?" Alan asked.

"Oh yeah. We wanted to know if you wanted to come over for dinner in a little bit. We are making steaks for dinner and thought it would be a nice thing to invite you guys over," Les said.

"We would love to join you guys for dinner. Do you guys want us to bring anything?" Alan asked.

"Could you guys bring a salad? Y/N makes such amazing salads. I think it would be a good addition for us," Les said.

"Of course. I think it is nice to be complimented on something I make," I said with a chuckle.

"Do we need something for a dessert or is that covered?" Alan asked.

"I think you could bring a little something if you are in the mood to. We did not think of that but if you have something go for bringing it," Les said.

"Sounds like a good plan," Alan said.

"Well I think I should be heading out to go see how the guys are doing on the food. It's 3 now so make sure you are over by 5," Les said.

"We will be there don't worry," I said.

"I think this is going to be nice," Les said as he smiled.

"I do think it is going to be nice too. We will see you soon," I said with a bit of a smile.

"Starting now this will be something we chose to do more often than just like every now and then," Alan said.

"So you guys host the next time?" Les asked.

"Yes, we will host the next time," I said.

"Okay see you guys later," Les said.

Les soon left and I went into the kitchen and got started on the salad. Alan started on making a dessert.
