Chapter 58

- May 3rd 1976 -

Y/N's POV

I had just gotten home from work and came inside. The boys were sitting in the living room but there was no Alan. I was not too sure when Alan would be home or if he was in the studio right now.

"Hey Y/N, how was your day at work?" Derek asked as he looked at me.

"It was good. How was your guy's day in the studio?" I asked.

"It was good. I think we are coming up with a lot of fun material," Derek said.

"Oh I bet. Have you guys heard from Alan?" I asked.

"I do not know but he has been in the studio for a bit of time," Derek said.

"Yeah, he said he was going to be in the studio for a bit of time. I am happy he is getting a lot of work done in the studio," I said.

"Me too. He seems to be having a lot of fun with the material he is coming up with," Derek said.

"I think he should be home soon. When he comes home we will let you know," Les said.

"Alright," I said as I went on into the bedroom.

I took a shower and got changed into something more comfortable. This was something I felt like doing after work.

Soon I felt someone in the room with me as I was brushing out my hair. I turned around and looked.

"Hi my love," I said as I looked over at him.

"Hi baby," he said as he smiled at me.

"How was your day in the studio?" I asked.

"It was so much fun and we got a lot of things done. I think it is one of the most productive I have had this far," he said.

"That is good my love," I said.

"And how was your day at work?" he asked as he walked over to me.

"Good. I just took a shower as you can probably tell," I said.

"Yeah, your hair is all wet so I can tell," he said with a chuckle.

"Yeah," I said.

"I think I am going to go ahead and take a shower as well," he said.

"Okay my love," I said.

He pecked my lips and headed off to shower. I finished getting myself situated and headed out to the kitchen.

"Are you going to be making us dinner?" Woody asked.

"I mean I can," I said.

"Then good. I will help you," Woody said.

So we went about making dinner. Soon Alan came out of the bedroom from the bathroom in our bedroom.

"Babyyy," Alan said as he walked into the kitchen.

"Someone got done having a shower I see," Woody said.

"Yes, I did," Alan said.

"You look cute my love," I said.

"Can you two not right now?" Woody asked with a chuckle.

"We are not doing anything," Alan said with a chuckle.

Soon dinner was done and we were enjoying a meal as the group of us.

"Soo how soon is your guys house going to be done?" Les asked.

"Oh it is going to be a little bit of time still," I said.

"It takes quite a bit of time to build the building itself. And of course working on the interior designs and such is kind of lot of work," Alan said.

"I think it is nice to know how knowledgeable you guys are about your upcoming home," Derek said.

"Well of course," I said.

"It is a lot fun putting our home together and the design of it," Alan said.

"I don't know why but I did not guess you guys would be building a house up from the ground," Eric said.

"Well it is kind of something we always have wanted," Alan said.

"And being able to share something like that must be so special," Eric said.

"Oh it is," I said.

"And while you guys are doing that we are going to be touring in multiple different places in the upcoming times," Les said.

"I think it is nice how much of the world you guys are going to be able to see in the upcoming times," Alan said.

"We are excited and of course you guys can come along with us if you want to," Eric said.

"I would not mind to be honest coming to a couple of the shows to support you guys," I said.

"We are going to try in between the work the two of us have going on," Alan said.

"You both are quite busy people now," Eric said.

"Yeah, and it is interesting to be busy for me again," Alan said.

"You seem to be having a lot of fun in the studio huh?" Derek asked.

"Oh yes. I am so proud of the work I am working on," Alan said with a smile.

We finished our food and soon cleaned up the kitchen.

"What are you guys plans for tonight?" Eric asked.

"You ask us all of the time and it just changes from time to time," I said.

"Well I wonder sometimes if you guys want to hang out with us," Eric said.

"Well are always down if you guys want to do something," Alan said.

"But you two seem ready for bed already," Les said.

"Just because we are in comfortable clothes and showered does not mean sleep," Alan said.

"However I am kind of tired," I said.

"Then we will not plan on doing anything with you guys tonight and you guys can go to sleep," Derek said.

"I think it is interesting to think about the times we have something different to do," Woody said.

"Well that does not stop you guys from doing something," I said.

"True," Les said.

"But I am kind of tired too," Derek said.

"So then is tonight going to be an early night?" Woody asked.

"I think it is going to be since all of us seem to be tired," Alan said.

"I think early nights to bed can be fun even if we are just sleeping," Derek said.

"Well we are always so busy in the studio or on tour," Eric said.

"Yeah," Derek said.

"It is interesting to see how each day changes," Alan said.

"I like when every day is kind of different though it gives us variety," I said.

"Which is nice too," Les said.

"Well, the kitchen is now clean," Derek said.

"Good then," I said.

"One team to clean up a kitchen," Les said with a chuckle.
