Y/N's POV
Me and Alan had some plans to go fishing today. It was a little bit different from fishing during the summer since it was November. I think it is going to be a lot of fun and then in a couple of days me and Derek have some plans to go do something together as well.
"I think it is nice how you keep up doing things with Derek even when you are so busy in life," Alan said as he looked at me.
"Well of course you know. I think it is good to be able to have some time with friends and of course you guys," I said.
"Am I a guy now?" Alan asked.
"Well you are a guy and you are my guy so yes that is what we are going with," I said.
"I think it is nice how we get to go fishing. It seems like it is going to be fun," Alan said.
"I think so too but it is going to be a bit more odd since it is November and it is more cold out," I said.
"I think that is part of the fun you know. We get to live it up in the cold and experience new things in November with one another," Alan said.
"I feel like there is a lot of things we are going to be doing in the next few months we have never done before," I said.
"And what kinds of things are those?" Alan asked.
"I don't know but it is going to be interesting to find out along the way," I said.
"Are you guys done acting like I am not in the room with you guys? You know you could have included me in the conversation," Eric said.
"Well you could have said something but you sat their quiet," I said.
"I know but I did not want to get in the middle of the conversation without being invited into it you know. I think it is nice to be included but it is kind of rude to include yourself if nobody adds you in," Eric said.
"You know in this house anyone can jump into any conversation we are having," Alan said.
"I know but this one seemed kind of serious between you two," Eric said.
"We were talking about how it was going to be interesting to fish here in November," I said.
"See that is quiet important you know. Not many people do that kind of thing," Eric said.
"Well are you ready to go?" Alan asked as he looked at me.
"I think it would be nice if we went off now," I said.
"Okay, then bye you guys have fun and bring home some fish," Eric said.
"You know us getting fish is not going to be a high chance right?" Alan asked.
"Of course but it is nice to hope you guys would bring home some fish," Eric said.
"Let's go baby," I said as I took Alan's hand.
He held my hand and smiled.
"See you two should have a lot of fun," Eric said.
"And we are going to," I said.
Soon we headed out of the house and out to the car. We got inside the car.
"What if we did not go fishing and we just went ahead and did something else?" Alan asked.
"Do you not want to go fishing now? Did I say something or did Eric say something?" I asked.
"No, I just think it is kind of weird now being in November and trying to go fishing," Alan said.
"So you do not want to go?" I asked.
"I do but I don't know what the point of not getting no fish is going to be," he replied.
"We could go to the store after and pick some up to cook for dinner if you want it that bad," I said.
"It does not have the same kind of feeling. I would know it was fish from the store and not some we picked up. We could just wait to go fishing until next year again," he said.
"Alright then. But just figure out something else for us to do," I said as I put my hood on.
"I think we could go to a place that has those arcade games? I think I heard those were fun you know and they are still kind of new in the world," he said.
"I suppose so. I mean anything with you is going to be fun so just take us any place you would like to," I said as I looked out the window.
"See now I feel like you don't want to go any place with me," he said as he turned to look at me.
"I know you are looking at me and I am fine if you would just drive to the place," I said.
"Okay, fine then we will go," he replied.
Soon we went ahead and went to the place he was talking about.
"I think this is going to be fun. And who knows one day they might expand these kinds of places with so many more interesting things," Alan said.
Soon we got out of the car and looked at one another.
"This is going to be nice," I said with a bit of a smile.
"And you think we should go get some food after this or maybe a dessert item?" he asked.
"I am fine with anything you would want to do," I said as I kissed his cheek.
"You are too good to me sometimes. I think it is a blessing to have someone as amazing as you are," he said.
"I think you are the most amazing person a girl could ask for," I said.
"Let's go inside now?" he asked.
"Yes," I said as I took his hand and kissed it.
He smiled and held my hand. We walked inside and began to explore what this place had in store for us.
"This is quite different from all of the things we have seen before," I said.
"And it is going to be fun," he replied with a smile.
To a day with my love.
(I read arcade games came out in 1971 so I hope this is an accurate thing, lol).
