Chapter 86

- June 15th 1977 -

Y/N's POV

Today was a day me and the boys would be going out to have some fun. They would be back on a tour sooner than later so we thought it would be fun to spend some time out doing some fun things. Me and Derek have not hung out in quite a bit of time but it is interesting.

"I think it is nice how we all get to hang out like this," Derek said.

"I know it seems like it has been forever since we have done something fun like this," I said.

"I know. Me and you have not hung out on a one on one basis in quite a bit of time," Derek said.

"And you two still will not be but it is going to be fun hanging out with us too," Eric said with a chuckle.

"When we hang out as a group to do things it is always fun. I always have a lot of fun with you guys," I said.

"Me too. I think it is nice to be able to spend time like this when we are not on tour," Les said.

"I do think it is interesting when you guys are on tour though because you guys get to tell us all about the fun things you get to do," Alan said.

"I know we have a lot of fun when we are on tour," Les said.

"Do you ever want to come along with us?" Eric asked.

"We have talked about this and yes it would be fun but it would be quite hard to make it even happen," I said.

"Oh, that is true. We did talk about that," Eric said.

"I do think it would be fun to show you around on one of the tours," Les said.

"I think it would be too but that is kind of the difference between us since it is not possible. I am fine with just listening to the stories you guys get to tell us," I said.

"Me too. And soon there will be some new memories with me being on tour," Alan said.

"True. When are you going to be on tour?" Derek asked.

"I am hoping in the fall. I have been doing shows here and there but of course they are not too big yet," Alan said.

"Well right but you are getting your start which is always something," Woody said.

"Yeah which makes me happy to know I am doing this on my own and for me," Alan said.

"And of course you have an amazing support team which is always behind you," Les said.

"I know," Alan said.

"We are your biggest supporters and of course Y/N is your number one," Derek said.

"I know. She is always right here by my side which is the most amazing thing in the world," Alan said.

We soon made it to the place we would be doing some fun activities at. It was the golf course. 

"I am not too sure how good of a golfer I am going to be," I said with a chuckle as I got out of the car.

"I am sure you will do just fine," Eric said.

We all got out of the car.

"I think it has been quite some time since we have done something like this," Derek said.

"Oh for sure. I think since it has been so long I am going to be so bad," Woody said with a chuckle.

"I was never a good golfer in the first place so this will be fun and interesting," Eric said with a chuckle.

"This is going to all be about having fun and just getting out there," Derek said.

"You are right," Alan said.

"It is kind of like when people like to assume I surf because of the way I look," Derek said with a chuckle.

"I think you would be good at surfing though," I said.

"Well you know I have tried it a couple of times and I am not bad but it is not something I would do all of the time," Derek said.

"We should try to get into surfing. I think it would be something fun we all could do," Alan said.

"I think it would be but I am not too sure I could get into it," I said.

"What is the worst that could happen?" Woody asked.

"I don't know but it would be interesting. Let's get to playing some golf," I said.

"Who do you think is going to do the best out of us?" Les asked.

"I think you probably since you seem way more into the sport," I said.

"I like how you have confidence in him but not in me. You know as your husband I would have thought you would have had more confidence in me," Alan said with a chuckle.

"Well you like golf but it seems like Les might be a little better baby. It is nothing against you," I said.

"I know," Alan said with a chuckle.

"I think I am going to have a lot of fun," Les said.

"Well let's get this game on the road," I said.

Soon we all began to play some golf and we were all ending up with very different scores.

"This reminds me - we should go bowling more often," Eric said.

"I think so too. I do not know why this reminds me of bowling too but it does," Derek said.

"We should squeeze in quite a few things for us to do over the next bits of time," I said.

"I think so too," Eric said.

"You guys are always so much fun to hang out with. I miss you guys when we are on tour and busy all of the time," Woody said.

"I know right me too," Les said.

A bit of time would pass as we would be playing our games.

"Who is doing the best out of us?" Woody asked.

"I think Y/N was right when she was predicting Les to do the best," Derek said with a chuckle.

"I think so too. My score is so good," Les said with a chuckle.

"I think it is funny how competitive you guys become," Eric said.

"We are not competitive what are you talking about?" Les asked.

"I don't know to be honest," Eric said.
