Y/N's POV
I was working in the bedroom on some of the work I had to get done for my job. I was working on articles left and right but I was also working on a book I was going to be putting out. I was proud of myself for being able to work on a book but this was something new and exciting to me. I always wanted to write a book growing up and now I finally was.
The boys were in the studio as they were most days. I was thinking I should go out and meet some people that could be friends but half of the time I would not have the time.
I went on with working on the things I needed to get done and I heard the bedroom door open.
"Don't turn around," Alan said.
"Well hello to you too," I said with a chuckle.
"Well," Alan said as he walked over to me.
"What?" I asked.
"Close your eyes and turn around," Alan said.
I closed my eyes and turned around.
"Now open your eyes," Alan said.
I opened my eyes and there he was standing with flowers in his hands.
"What is this for my love?" I asked with a smile.
"It is just because," he said with a smile.
He handed me the flowers and I took them. I kissed him softly and smiled.
"So you like em?" Alan asked.
"No, I love them baby," I said with a smile.
Derek walked into the room.
"Yeah, he made us stop at a floral shop on the way home from the studio. He did not tell us why until he got back in the car," Derek said.
"Aww," I said with a smile.
"Well I know how much you love flowers and these ones made me think of you," Alan said.
"God, I love you," I said.
"When is your guys wedding going to happen?" Derek asked.
"Whenever Y/N is ready to plan it out is when it is going to happen," Alan said.
"I am ready to plan it out whenever you want," I said.
"Cause you guys have been engaged for quite some time now," Derek said.
"True," Alan said with a smile.
"Why do you guys smile all of the time when you are in the same room? It is not like you guys have not seen each other in forever," Derek said with a chuckle.
"I can't help but smile when he is around," I said.
I put the flowers on my desk where I was working.
"Are you going to be done with work for the day?" Alan asked as he wrapped his arms around me.
"I can stop if you guys want to hang out," I said.
"You have been working for a long time now haven't you?" Derek asked.
"Well yeah but you know how it goes," I said.
"You need to step back and breathe for a bit my love," Alan said.
"I will let me just close up the books and papers I have all over the place," I said with a chuckle.
"You take your time Y/N," Derek said as he exited the room.
Alan sat down on the bed after he let go of me. I finished cleaning up my mess of papers and books.
"How is the book going?" Alan asked.
"I am almost done with it. It should be going out into the world soon," I said.
"Is this the same one you were working on before or is it a completely different one?" Alan asked.
"This one is different than the last," I said.
"I think it is cool how you are able to write books," Alan said.
I stood up from my desk and Alan pulled me onto the bed in his arms.
"My lovee," Alan said as he covered my face in kisses.
"Mmmm cut it out," I said with a chuckle.
Derek walked back into the room.
"Oh- I am sorry," Derek said as he walked back out of the room.
We both chuckled.
"Come back," I said.
"I am sorry I did not know if you two were doing something," Derek said with a chuckle.
"I was just giving her kisses after a long day at work," Alan said.
"How is it like working at home on these kinds of things?" Derek asked.
"It is quite nice. But how was your guys day at work?" I asked.
"It was good we got a lot of things done we needed to. I am finding it to be quite fun," Alan said.
"I feel like we do something new each day," Derek said.
"Well we do," Alan said.
"And it is always fun?" I asked.
"Most of the time yes it is," Derek said.
"Well are you planning on putting out new stuff soon?" I asked.
"We want to," Alan said.
"Are you guys going to come out of the bedroom?" Derek asked.
"Yes, Y/N needs to get out of here," Alan said as he got off the bed.
"But the bedroom is comfortable," I said.
Alan picked me up off of the bed.
"Alright then," I said.
Derek chuckled and we made our way into the living room.
"Oh look who is coming the princess of the house," Eric said.
"I am not the princess," I said.
"Right you are the queen of the house," Les said.
"Mmm right she is," Alan said.
"And let me guess you are the king of the house?" Woody asked.
"We are the king and queen of the house," Alan said.
"Our second set of parents I would like to say," Eric said.
"Might as well be," Derek said with a chuckle.
"Kid brothers might be one way to put it," Alan said.
Alan laid me down on the couch.
"We should do something like go out for a walk or something," Eric said.
"I think a walk would be nice since most of the time we are all stuck indoors," Les said.
"Get up Y/N," Derek said.
I sat up on the couch and looked at the boys.
"Well are we going to go on a walk?" I asked.
"Yes," Les said.
"Race ya," I said as I ran out the house and out the front door.
"Get back heree," Alan said as he chased me out the door.
The rest of the boys chased us out the door.
"This is one way to put us on the road to a walk," Eric said with a chuckle.
"Oh you know it," Derek said.
"Hahahaa," I chuckled.
