Y/N's POV
Today me and Alan were going over to the boys house. They invited us over to take a tour of the way they have decorated for the holiday. I am quite excited to see what they have done with the place. They have not let us come by the last few days because of this. We also have to check on the horses on the way back into the house later.
"I think it is nice how we get to see how they have decorated the place," Alan said as he knocked on the door.
"Me too. I am quite excited from the outside it looks amazing," I said.
The door opened and Les was the face to greet us.
"Come on in guys," Les said.
We soon walked inside of the house and my eyes scanned around.
"How are you guys?" I asked.
"Doing good and how are you guys doing?" Les asked.
"We are doing just fine," I said with a bit of a smile.
"It smells amazing in here," Alan said.
"It is me who just pulled some fresh cookies out of the oven," Derek said as he put them on the top of the stove.
"Oooo," Alan said as he walked into the kitchen.
"How have you been yourself?" Les asked.
"I have been doing good. Life is kind of busy but you know how it goes," I said.
"Well that is good," Les said.
"How have you been?" I asked.
"I have been doing good as well. The band is doing good so it is quite nice to be doing new things every now and then," Les said.
"Well that is good," I said with a bit of a smile.
"I think it is nice how we get to have our talks like this. It does kind of seem like it has been forever since we have just talked the two of us," Les said.
"I think it is weird how you guys think we are not in the room with you guys," Woody said.
"We know you guys are in the room but we are just talking," I said with a bit of a chuckle.
"Come on into the kitchen. Derek made cookies and they smell amazing," Les said.
I followed into the kitchen.
"The cookies are so good you are going to have to try one," Alan said.
Derek gave me a cookie and I tried one. Les got one as well.
"How come nobody is bringing us cookies in the living room?" Woody shouted out.
"You can come in here and get one yourself," Derek said with a chuckle.
"Oh wow these are good," I said.
"If there is one thing about me and Alan it is the fact we can make some good foods and good desserts," Derek said.
"Mmm, true. Alan is always coming up with unique things just like you," I said.
"It is good to have someone who is good at doing those kind of things in each house," Eric said as he walked into the kitchen.
Soon Woody followed in behind him.
"I think it is nice how in our house we have two who are good at doing that kind of thing," Alan said.
"True. Y/N is good when it comes to making those kinds of things," Les said.
"I am not the best but Alan has been showing me more of how to be good at it," I said.
"And I think it is the other way around. I am not the one who is good at it but you are," Alan said.
"You both are good at it so do not even go further with whatever you two are going to talk about," Woody said.
"Alright then," I said as I leaned against the counter.
"So what have you guys been up to lately?" Woody asked.
"Just work and of course taking care of the house. The house is amazing though," Alan said.
"It is quite nice to be able to have such a big space and come up with an idea for it," I said.
"It must have been nice since everything is just like you guys wanted it to be. Or am I wrong?" Eric asked.
"Well no you are right. We did everything when it came to the design and of course the whole set up," Alan said.
"So it is kind of perfect isn't it?" Derek asked.
"It is more than perfect and of course you guys have been by to check it out on multiple occasions," I said.
"Oh yeah it is quite nice to spend time over there at your guys place," Les said.
"I think I have spent the most time at the place out of us all so far," Derek said.
"Well of course you are," Alan said with a bit of a chuckle.
"I think it is nice to be close to my brother and his wife. Or should I say my best friend," Derek said.
"it is always nice to have you over Derek. We have a lot of fun when it comes to hanging out," I said.
"I think spending time all together is fun," Alan said with a smile.
"I think we should get in on into this fun you guys are talking about," Woody said.
"You can always come by and hang out with us," I said.
"I think it would be fun to hang out all together if you guys would come by more often," Alan said.
"I think about it sometimes but then again half of the time we do not have enough time to do so," Eric said.
"I am sure we could make some more time to spend more time with you guys," Derek said.
"There is always time to spend with the ones you love you know," Alan said.
"I think spending time all together is one of the most important things when it comes to life," I said.
"Love is an amazing thing to be able to share with one another," Alan said.
"Well what do you guys want to do?" Les asked.
"I don't know. I am kind of down for whatever you would like to do," I said.
"You are always down for anything aren't ya," Eric commented.
"Well of course. There is always something new to be done," I said.
"I do not understand how a woman's brain works but it is okay one day I will," Woody said.
"Yeah, one day," Les said with a chuckle.
"Mhm," I said.
