Y/N's POV
Some time had passed and it felt nice to be comfortable in life. Derek and me have been hanging out more often now. Alan has been busy in the studio finishing up everything he needed to finish. Derek has been helping me figure out life. He is kind of like a big brother despite being the same age.
"I think it is nice how you and Derek are hanging out more often," Eric said.
"I know. I think it is nice to be settled into life more now you know? Like life is pretty much perfect now," I said with a bit of a smile.
"Where is Alan right now anyways?" Woody asked.
"Well he is finishing up at the studio right now but he should be coming in no time," I said.
"I think it is nice how you guys somehow always know where and what the other person is doing. I could ask Alan and he knows what you are doing and where you are," Les said.
"That is just one of the things when it comes to the two of us. We are so honest with one another about what is going on in our lives," I said.
"And I think that is an amazing thing you know? Not many people are able to be honest enough with one another and it kind of leads to some issues," Woody said.
"That is why I am not going to let us run into those kinds of things," I said.
"What if one day he does not want to tell you where he is at? Or maybe he does not want to tell you what he is doing with his time?" Les asked.
"Well if I do not know where he is then I know Derek will know and well I would just ask him," I said.
"I will not ever let Alan lie about where he is or what he is doing. But I do know he is an amazing guy," Derek said.
"Well of course he is an amazing guy. And I do trust him 100 percent so this is nothing we would even worry about but you know how life goes," I said.
"I think in life you guys are the most perfect couple possible," Les said.
"Me and Alan being a perfect couple? You think that is possible?" I asked.
"Well you guys do not ever seem to have any kind of issues or anything so I would say maybe yes you would be," Woody said.
"I think so too. I do not know if there has ever been a time in life we have ever questioned if you two were going to last you know," Les said.
"That is quite true you know," Derek said.
"I do hope he comes home soon though. I would like to ask him how his time in the studio went," Eric said.
"You have been quite haven't you?" Les asked.
"Well I did not have much to say so kind of yes," Eric said.
"Sometimes it is nice knowing we have such a close family," I said with a bit of a smile.
"Sometimes? I think it is nice to think about it all of the time," Derek said.
Soon the door opened and Alan was walking inside the door.
"Hey guys," Alan said.
"Hey my love," I said.
"Hey Alan," the rest of the boys said.
"How was your time in the studio?" Eric asked.
"It was good. We did not have much to finish up but it was kind of some last minute planning. Well not even last minute you know? This tour is not going to be happening for some time," Alan said as he closed the door behind him.
"Well come sit with us," Woody said.
Alan came into the living room and pecked my lips. He sat down on the couch with the boys.
"How does it feel planning out your own tour? Like is it nice to be doing it on your time card?" Les asked.
"Well of course. It is nice to have a lot of say in the things I am doing," Alan said.
"And you get to bring anyone along?" Eric asked.
"Well yeah Y/N and if you guys want to come it is up to you guys," Alan said.
"You know I am going to be there. Especially for the opening night that is going to be so amazing," Derek said.
"It is so nice knowing you guys are my backing and I have you guys to rely on. You guys know how this whole stuff works and of course I do too when I was with you guys but you guys get it," Alan said.
"Of course we get it. I think it is nice to be helping you out when it comes to the whole planning process," Derek said.
"It is so nice to be able to make tours and see the world. I think that is my favorite part of this whole tour life," Woody said.
"Me too. It feels so special being able to see the world and even if it is piece by piece we are getting to see it the way it was supposed to be," Les said.
"I do not think there is any other kind of job for us if I am being honest. We are so lucky this is our job," Eric said.
"Oh 100%. I don't know what I would be doing with my life if it was not this. I know I was not completely up for it at one point in time but I am so glad for Alan bringing me into this life," Derek said.
"That kind of sounds like I am the one who gave birth to you," Alan said with a chuckle.
"That is not what I meant but alright," Derek said with a chuckle.
"Well this has been nice hasn't it?" I asked with a chuckle.
"I think it is interesting how different each day is," Les said.
"And that is why this life is so special to us. One day to the next is not going to be the same as the last," Woody said.
"I am just thinking about all of the places we have seen and get to see," Eric said.
"You guys make it sound like this is your tour but I get it," Alan said.
"It is just like everyone is so involved," I said with a smile.
"Yeah," Alan said with a smile.
To another day in this random life of ours.
