Y/N's POV

It was now the first day before tour would begin. We were in America now and it did feel quite different from being in Scotland. It seems as thought there is so much to do in walking distance which is different than normal. We were in California as of right now which is where the tour was going to begin.

"I think it is nice how we picked out California to be the place we started," Alan said with a smile.

"I know. I think it is good we chose a bigger city to kick off the big tour," I said.

"I am kind of nervous about the whole thing but I do know it is going to be good. And it is going to be so much fun," Alan said.

"I am so glad you guys let me come along for the first couple of shows," Derek said.

"I know. I am so glad you chose to come along with us. I think it is nice to have my brother with me who always has been with me during these kinds of things," Alan said.

"I think it is nice too," I said.

"Well we are going to have an amazing show aren't we?" Derek asked.

"Oh yes of course. I think it is nice to think about the first show happening tomorrow," Alan said.

"Are you like nervous nervous or like not so nervous?" Derek asked.

"I am kind of nervous but it is not like a big worry. I think it is nice to be a little nervous before shows but it is not good to be too nervous you know," Alan said.

"I think it is going to be good though. And we also have a couple of days between the first shows and then it becomes a little more consistent than at first," I said.

"I think the way you helped me plan this tour was perfect," Alan said.

"You should help me and the boys plan our next tour. I think it would be good to have some advice on how you see things and of course how you would view that kind of tour," Derek said

We were sitting in the hotel room just chit chatting for a bit of time.

"Do you guys want to go find a place to have some food?" I asked.

"I think that would be a good idea," Alan said.

"Oh I did forget to tell you guys that the boys are going to be coming down for a couple of shows too. They fly in tomorrow which is going to be a lot of fun," Derek said.

"Oh my goodness. They are coming to join us?" Alan asked.

"Well not so much join but to come hang out with us for the start of the tour. I think they want to get a feel for how your tour plays out and we can see for our own," Derek said.

"So I am like a test for them?" Alan asked with a chuckle.

"Not exactly but let's go get some food," Derek said.

We soon made our way out to a place to have some food. It was a place not too far from the hotel.

"What are you guys going to order?" I asked.

"I have no idea they have so many things to pick from," Alan said.

"That is one thing about America they kind of have everything you could think of to want to eat," Derek said.

"I think it is nice to have all of the options. But it does make it quite hard when it comes to picking something to eat," I said with a chuckle.

"I think I am going to stick to some sort of burger. I think it would be good for me," Derek said.

"I think I am going to get the steak and potatoes. It sounds like a me kind of meal," Alan said.

They both closed their menus.

"I think I might get the salmon," I said.

"You like fish?" Derek asked.

"Of course," I said.

"Surprising," Derek said.

"How do you not know that about me?" I asked with a chuckle.

"I am teasing you. I know you like fish we have been out for fish multiple times," Derek said.

"I think it is interesting how different each of our meals is going to be when we order," Alan said.

We soon all ordered our food and drinks.

"What made the boys want to come out here and hang out with us?" I asked.

"Well besides the whole figuring out our tour the boys knew they would miss you guys. I think it is nice they decided to come out here," Derek said.

"Me too. I am quite glad that it turned out not to be just to figure out the kind of tour they wanted," Alan said.

"I was kind of teasing you when it came to that kind of thing. I don't know if they are trying to figure out the tour but it would be interesting and this does give us a good idea," Derek said.

"So you were not being honest about that whole thing?" I asked.

"No. I made it up and I don't know why. I guess I thought it would be interesting," Derek said.

"Huh, alright then," Alan said.

"You are not mad are you?" Derek asked.

"No, of course not. And I am glad you told us the truth even if it was not a big deal," Alan said.

"That is kind of why we trust one another the most when it comes to the people in the world. Sometimes we fib but it turns out not to be big but we are honest in the end anyways," Derek said.

"I think being honest is one of the most useful things if I am being honest," I said.

Soon our food was brought out to us and we thanked out waitress.

"I think the smells of all the dishes mixing with one another is an interesting thing for sure," Derek said.

"I always wonder what it is like when it comes to making these meals for tables. Like when it is being prepared," I said.

"I think they might find it very interesting," Alan said with a bit of a chuckle.

"Well it is time to dig in and enjoy," Derek said.

Here was to our first dinner in America where tomorrow brought the first day of the tour.
