Max was unable to keep his wild eyes on the road while driving Riley back to the hotel. Her hand was in his the whole ride there, it was familiar yet new. There was a new energy between the two of them mixing with the old. It would be something to get used to. There was excitement in both of their eyes as they walked throughout the lobby to the elevator.

Riley was holding Max's room key card in her hand, she took it from his cars cupholder before he did when they got out. Max's hands were on Riley's hips as they waited for the elevator to come down. She leaned into his front subtly, hearing a quiet groan come from Max at the movement.

"This elevator is taking too long" Max sighed, listening to Riley's quiet laugh when she sunk into the arms wrapping around her.

"Just wait"

"I've waited for months" Max said, bringing his head down to the side of Riley's neck, about to press his lips against her skin. His opportunity was interrupted when the elevator door's opened as requested and Riley slipped from his arms inside. Max followed Riley inside, walking into the arms she was wrapping around his neck after pressing his floor.

"You broke up with Kelsey right?" Riley asked quietly, she wasn't doing anything with him until she had confirmation.

"Yes" Max nodded, "I called her today, we're fine Rye"

"I'm just checking"

Max's nose brushed against Riley's when he was closing the space between them. Riley was the one who made the initial move, feeling his lips against hers. She took a few steps back the closer Max got, ending up against the wall. Max's hands were roaming her waist, trying to keep the touching fairly clean until they made it to his room. But Riley's hands were falling down his chest, and inching under the hem of his shirt, resting on his abdomen.

Something like this wouldn't happen often. Making out in the elevator. Riley never would've before Arthur. And Max wouldn't in general. It was just heat of the moment.

They broke apart quickly when the elevator door opened and they heard voices outside. To their luck, the people walking into the elevator were too drunk to realize Riley and Max weren't supposed to be together. Riley and Max put a good amount of space between them, and he got pulled into a loud conversation with the group. Riley stood off to the side, feeling the elevator go up one more floor. She was subtly catching her breath while pulling her dress down. It rose when Max pressed her against the wall.

She went completely unnoticed while she was in there, able to step off and onto Max's floor without anyone knowing. Max quickly excused himself from the conversation, which was harder than he'd like to admit. Riley was already halfway to his room by the time he escaped the conversation. She was looking at his room key and the numbers along the door.

Riley squealed when she felt Max's arms wrap around her waist while she unlocked his door. His lips finally connected to Riley's neck, leaving hot and sloppy kisses on her. They stumbled into Max's large room. Max kicked the door closed behind him while Riley started walking further inside. She took off her heels in the process, leaving them in random spots in the room. Riley almost laughed when she saw his streaming equipment set up in his room already. Some things never change, this was one of them.

"Did you stream yet this weekend?" She asked, pointing to his set up.

"Yes" Max said, smashing his lips against hers, "Can we skip the small talk" He mumbled, walking backwards when Riley was guiding him towards the bed.

Max sat down on the edge of the bed, feeling Riley's tongue sliding against his in a messy kiss they were sharing. It was eager, there had been built up tension from months that was finally snapping. Riley straddled Max, sitting up on her knees that were on the bed, placed on either side of Max. His hands were high on Riley's thighs, slipping under the tight fabric of her dress.
