Max rented out a house for Gustav 10 minutes down the road from him and Riley, but they were still in the sky about to land. Riley was eager to get off, moving from the couch in the back to her usual seat by the window, sitting across from Gustav who apparently was terrified of long lasting flights.

"Okay" Max said quietly, putting his hand on the back of her seat when she faced him. Riley leaned against the arm rest between them with a smile on her face, completely open to everything and all things Max was about to say. "Would you like to know where we're landing"

"Yessss" She smiled, Gustav was looking out the window, trying his best not to feel like a third wheel. "Please"

"We are going to paradise on earth" Max told her, watching her smile grow, "We'll be touching down in Hawaii any minute now"

"I knew it!" Riley exclaimed, stealing a kiss, "I literally told Gustav before the flight took off"

"Well, Gustav already knew" Max sat up straight with Riley.

"I know that."

"Free vacation" Gustav nodded.

"Well I hope you enjoy yourself as much as we will" Riley laughed while opening the shade to her window, looking at the ocean below them.

"I'll be down the road if you need anything, or for emergencies" He told both Riley and Max before they heard the pilot talk over the speakers.

"And we're about to land"

It was a private villa on the beachfront that Max had rented out for the two of them. They were about 15 minutes from town, entirely alone minus other houses that were on the same beach. The scenery was to die for, and Riley felt like she had and gone to heaven while Max drove them to the house they'd be living in together for the next few days.

Riley was gushing over the island the whole drive, talking about different things they could do while they were there. All while plotting out when she'd tell Max about the pregnancy. She settled on October 5th. That way, their 6 month anniversary was just the two of them, and everyday after that, there'd be 3.

"Wow" Riley gasped, following Max into the house. Everything was laid out in front of them.

They were instantly met with one of the two living rooms, one with a tv that was hanging on the wall across from the couch. Riley slid her shoes off at the door, still looking around, seeing the kitchen, the large island counter, the wooden stools that were pulled up to it. If she looked straight down the hallway, Riley could see the ocean being lit by the last millimeters of the sun.

"There's a dining room down the hall too" Max set down his bags next to Riley's. "And our room too, unless you want to stay upstairs"

"Let's stay down here" Riley said, reaching out for Max's waist and tugging on his shirt. "Then we don't have to carry everything up and down"

"If that's what you want I don't care" Max said, kissing Riley's forehead, "I'll take our bags down the hall"

"Wait look around with me first" Riley asked him, holding his forearm excitedly, "We can bring them in later, trust"

Max nodded a put his arms over her shoulders, waddling with her before they walked around together. They walked all around the main floor, their room, the dining area, the second living room that had large glass windows from top to bottom giving them a clear view of the beach.
