"So? Did you order anything?" Alex asked the next morning at breakfast. "Yes...I ordered some dishes." Kara replied. "Oh nice! I look forward to trying them when we get invited to dinner." Alex replied. "Yea..yea..talk to my fiancé about that..." Kara said as she began eating her food. "Talk to me about what darling?" Lena asked as she entered the kitchen. "When Andrea and I are getting invited to dinner at the new house." Alex replied. Lena sat down next to Kara and piled some food on her plate. "Do we want to invite you to dinner?" Lena asked. "Of course you do! I'm your fiancés older sister...it's like a rule to have me over for dinner." Alex grumbled. "Of course we plan on having everyone over for dinner." Lena replied. "Good! I'm looking forward to not having to do dishes or cook." Alex said.
"You don't cook now in our place...and we have a dishwasher." Andrea chimed in as she too joined everyone. "I do to cook....sometimes." Alex said. "Once! You made me grilled cheese once!" Andrea replied. Alex stuck her tongue out her girlfriend as she continued eating. "So what are you all doing today?" Eliza asks. "No idea..." Kara said. "I'm thinking we could all go swimming or something." Alex suggested. Kara and Lena shared a look before nodding in agreement. "You guys can get the inner tubes out and go tubing down the river." Eliza suggested. "Yes! I think thats a great idea!" Lena said. "Ok! So it's settled! After breakfast we'll get ready and go to the river." Alex said. "Ok!" Everyone chimed in.
A little while later everyone was showered, and dressed and packed into the car with four inner tubes and a large floating cooler in the back. "Ok! First stop the store to get beer and food! Then to the river!" Alex exclaimed from the drivers seat.
