Friday morning came and with it Kara's first article in the paper. Right now Kara and Lena were having breakfast together when Lucinda brought in the school paper. "Here you go ladies." Lucinda said as she handed the paper to Lena. Lena began skimming the paper before eyes landed on a familiar name in a byline of an article. "KARA! You made the school paper! OH RAO! CONGRATULATIONS LOVE!" Lena exclaimed happily. "Thanks...I wanted to surprise you with it." Kara replied. "Well you certainly did darling! I'm so proud of you!" Lena gushed. "Thanks you...oh Rao...it's Alex...she's probably read it too." Kara groaned as she grabbed her buzzing cellphone.

"LITTLE SISTER! I'm so proud of you! Tomorrow night we're going out to celebrate!" Alex exclaimed. "Alex...it's not a big deal...it's just a practice article..." Kara replied. "It is a big deal! So tell Lena not to make plans for tomorrow night...cause Andi and I are taking you all out." Alex stated. Kara had now put her phone on speaker so Lena could hear too. "Tomorrow night works for us Alex.." Lena chimed in. "Ok! Good! I'll call you later and finalize things. And we'll see you later at lunch!" Alex said before ending the call.

"We'll celebrate tonight after your meeting with the paper." Lena said. "Oh? What do you have in mind?" Kara asked. "A nice dinner out on the balcony...then a hot bath...and then...I will ravish my fiancé." Lena replied. Kara audibly gulped at her fiancés words. "That sounds nice.." Kara replied softly. "Oh theres more to my plans darling..but we both have to go to class now or we'll be late." Lena whispered as she grabbed her bag off the floor and walked with Kara to the door. "Dinner will be later than usual Lucinda...I'll call when we're leaving." Lena called out as they left the house.
