"FINALLY!" Kara exclaims as she walks out of the journalism department on the last day of classes before Christmas break. She was super excited for this break. Everyone was coming to her and Lena's house for Christmas this year and that made her happy. All their shopping was done, gifts were hidden away, they played their last game of the year last Saturday and won, and now she just had to meet Lena at the car.

Being the first one to the car she put her stuff away before waiting for Lena. Lena was never late after classes ended. Kara began wondering what could be up with her fiancé. Closing her eyes she began sensing for Lena's heartbeat. It was hammering inside her chest, she could hear it, it was coming from the bathroom from the bioengineering building. Kara quickly began running back in that direction. She quickly listened to Lena's heartbeat get louder as she got closer. Finding the bathroom she slammed open the door and quickly saw Lena sitting on the floor crying.

"Lena!" Kara gasped as she ran over to her quickly wrapping her arms around her. "Kara?" Lena whispered. "Yes Lee...it's me I'm here." Kara whispered. "I...I'm sorry." Lena whispered. "Whats wrong?" Kara replied. "I..uh..it's the first Christmas in the house where...I last saw my parents...and my brother..." Lena sobbed. "Oh baby..I'm sorry...come on...let me get you home...we'll get you cleaned up...then we'll go to the cemetery and talk to them." Kara whispered. "Are you sure?" Lena sobbed. "Yes of course darling. Come on..let's get you up off this nasty floor. There we go...I've got you." Kara cooed as she picks Lena up in her arms and carried her out of the bathroom, then out of the building.

Eyes were on them as they headed to the car but Kara didn't care, right now she had to take care of her fiancé's needs. Once they got into the car Kara buckled her up and quickly began driving them home.
