The mansion was decorated perfectly! The girls spent the day lounging around in the pool and just enjoying their time together. Right now they were in their rooms getting ready for the party. Lena had picked out a suit for Kara to wear and she got herself a red sparkling gown to wear. "You are gonna look so fucking hot in that suit..." Lena hummed as she began putting her make up on. "Lee...did you buy this just so you could rip it off of me tonight?" Kara asked. "Yes." Lena replied. Kara was busy putting her wet hair up int a bun so she too could put on some makeup.

Once they were dressed they headed downstairs to meet up with everyone else. "Wow! Look at you two! Looking hot!" Andrea calls out as Kara and Lena walk down the stairs. "Thank you! Thank you!" They say blushing. "When does everyone arrive?" Alex asked. "Around seven." Kara replied. "Ok...so that gives us time to relax a bit." Andrea says. They wander about looking over everything one more time as the clock hits seven. "You guys can go to the ball room if you want, or you can help us greet everyone." Lena said. Eliza, Andrea and Alex headed the ball room.

"Ready love?" Kara asks as they walk to the door. "Yes." Lena replies linking arms with Kara. Lucinda was already at the door ready to open it. Lena nodded and the door opened slowly revealing Maggie...and Sam. "Welcome! The party is in the ballroom...just through those doors." Lena said. "You look good little Danvers." Maggie said as she walked by. "Thanks Maggie." Kara replied.

Guests keep arriving and they greeted them together with bright smiles as they showed them to the ball room. "That's it...let's go party!" Lena said as she and Kara began walking into the ballroom together. Music was playing and appetizers were being passed around along with champagne and other beverages. After sharing a quick kiss Kara and Lena separated to mingle with their guests.

Kara walks over to where Jennifer and her girlfriend are standing and starts up a conversation. "Hey guys! Glad you two could make it!" Kara gushes. "Thank you for the invite Kar! You and Lena have an absolutely gorgeous house." Jennifer said. "Thank you!" Kara replied with a smile. "And you look good in a suit." Jennifer added. "Thank you...it was Lena's idea." Kara replied.

On the other side of the room Lena was talking to Maggie and being polite to Sam. "Lovely party Lee! I can't believe you got Kara to wear a suit." Maggie said. "Well...I have my ways." Lena replied with a smirk. "How was your Christmas?" Sam asked as politely as possible. "It was lovely, our staff took time off, and we had a nice quiet time together." Lena replied with small smile.

Kara was in the middle of a conversation with Julie when Sam approached her. "I wish I worked for a big newspaper!" Julie said. "Oh? Why's that?" Kara asked. "Cause yours and Lena's party would be the headline story." Julie replied just as Sam walked up. Kara let out a laugh before her eye's caught Sam standing beside her. "Hey Sam!" Kara greeted. "Hey Kara..nice party." Sam said. "Thank you." Kara replied.

Lena soon joined them wrapping an arm around Kara's waist. "Dinners ready love. Julie, nice to see you! Glad you could make it." Lena said. "Than you for the invite! I was just telling your fiancé that if I worked for a large paper...this party would be headline news." Julie replied as she and Sam followed them over to the dining room.
