Lena and Kara made a large batch of tacos to eat. "Burn a few calories tonight?" Lena asked. "Yes I did. Did you get your paper written?" Kara asked in between bites. "Most of it yes, I just have to look it over a couple more times." Lena replied. "I've got to write the rest of my report." Kara replied. "On what?" Lena asked. "I'm writing it on a famous 20th century reporter. I got stuck with the most boring one in the world. Al Abrams. Somehow I've managed to get seven of the ten pages needed already done." Kara replied. "That's great darling." Lena gushed happily. "Thanks love. Say did you know Jennifer is in your biometrics class?" Kara asked. "Really? I had no idea." Lena replied. "Yea, she said she's seen you in there. Do you always sit in the front row?" Kara asked teasingly.

"You do too so don't complain." Lena replied as she gently nudged the blondes shoulder. After dinner and dishes were done the women got into comfortable clothes and sat on the sofa finishing up their work when Alex walked in with a smile plastered on her face. "Hey guys!" Alex said as she removed her boots and jacket. "How was your date?" Lena asked. "Great...really great!" Alex said as she sat down opposite them. "That's great!" Kara replied with a smile. "Yea...Andrea's like no one I've met before." Alex explained.

After filling them in on her date Alex headed to her room to complete some work for her classes before going to bed. "Sounds like she had a great time." Lena joked as they finished their assignments up. "Let's head to bed shall we?" Kara asked. "Yea works for me." Lena said as they put their books away. "Do you have practice tomorrow night?" Lena asked. "Nope." Kara replied. "Good. You and I can go to the gym together then." Lena said as Kara pulled off her shirt. "But Leeeeee! I don't need to go to the gym." Kara groaned. "I know but you agreed to go with me." Lena replied. Kara grumbled as she slipped into bed. "Ok..but if anyone looks at you wrong I may fly them into the sun." Kara grumbled. Lena laughed at her fiancé as she nuzzled her head into Kara's chest. "Ok love..sleep now...I'm tired." Lena whispered.
