"Ok! Let's go get Alex and Andrea done first...then mom, and then I'll go shopping for you with Alex." Kara says as they walk into the mall together. "You can just get my gifts now..." Lena replies smirking. "Haha! No! Your to damn nosey for me to do that." Kara said. "Well where will you hide them in our house?" Lena asks. "Not telling you." Kara says rolling her eyes. "Your mean!" Lena grumbles. "Ok...if I'm mean then you can wait till the day after Christmas to open what I get for you." Kara says. "Fine..you win...let's go start shopping." Lena grumbles. "I love you too." Kara hums as they walk to the first store. It's a clothing store where Kara intends to buy Alex some hoodies and some other things.

"What do you think? Do you think Alex would like it?" Kara asks as she holds up a blue hoodie. "Yea I think she would. What are you thinking about getting Andi?" Lena asked. "I'm thinking something like this..but with a different design." Kara says as she holds up a jacket. "I wonder what our matching pajamas will be this year.." Lena said as she grabbed some clothes off the rack. "I have no idea. Mom hasn't told us yet...but knowing her it'll be cute and fuzzy." Kara said.

"Do you ever think about her? Your real mom?" Lena asked. "Sometimes..but theres no way of seeing her again..not until I go to Rao's land." Kara replied. "Rao's land? Is that where you go when you die?" Lena asked. "Yes...you'll be there too since our bond is forever." Kara replied. Lena only smiled in response to that as they continued shopping. "Our staff leave after our dinner is served on Christmas morning. I've decided to let them have a nice long break to spend time with their families, they'll be back at our house after the new year." Lena said. "That's nice of you. I was thinking the same thing...but I'm glad you already brought it up." Kara replied.

Store after store they shopped picking out different things for everyone including the staff at their house. "Ok! I think we have everything for everyone. How about we go grab some lunch and get home to wrap everything up?" Lena suggested. "Sounds good to me!" Kara replied as they headed for the mall exit.
