We all walked out of the cell block and we collected the woman on the way. Hershal obviously saying that her and I shouldn't be going out with our injuries but that wasn't gonna stop us. Well me anyway.

On our way out I was also handed the baby which I didn't really mind all to much about. Briana had told me that Daryl had named her Little ass-kicker. Typical. But I'm not saying it didn't suit her.

At the thought of his name I scanned the area in the court yard to see Daryl stood over by the car. It wasn't until I was making my way over to him that I realised how much I missed him when I was trapped back in that cell. I really did.

My thoughts were cut short as Little ass-kicker started to quirm. That didn't matter though because she soon settled as I began swaying, rocking her in my arms. "I got the flash bangs and I got the tear gas. You never know what you're gonna need." Daryl told me and I agreed. "You're good with her."

"What?" I asked with a smile tugging on my lips. I almost didn't hear him because of how quiet he sounded.

"Nothing." He shook his head and put another bag into the boot.

Oscar then came over and put some guns and ammo with the bags as Carl came over with yet another bag. Did we really need all this? It was then I saw the worried look on Carl's face as he glanced over to Rick. "Hey, don't you worry about your old man. I'm gonna keep my eye on him." I smiled. "But there's one condition...You have to keep an eye on mine." Carl nodded and smiled back. It was a nice sight to see and from the corner of my eye I could also see Daryl smiling at the two of us.

After a little while longer I began to make my way over to both Carol and Hershal who were stood by the gate to our cell block. As I walked I noticed both Beth and the woman talking over by the gate to the field. I couldn't hear what they were saying but it was none of my business anyway.

It didn't take long before the remainder of the supplies were loaded into the car. It was then Rick called my name. "Lily!" He waved his hand, giving the signal that we were about to hit the road. He'd just been talking to Carl about something but now he was ready.

I handed ass-kicker over to Carol and he took her from me with a worried smile. "Stay safe."

"Nine lives, remember?" I giggled back. Us girls have to stick together.

I said goodbye and got into the passenger seat where Rick then got into the drivers side. "Bring them back." Hershal begged. I wasn't planning on anything else.

I waved out of the window towards my dad and Briana as Rick drove us out of the prison and onto the main road. Before I did anything else, I reloaded my gun with the bullets Daryl had given me. The last thing I wanted was to be someone elses problem. Our main focus was getting in, finding Glenn and Maggie and getting them out.

I'd heard everything he'd said that night when I passed out after dealing with the prisoners. At the time, I didn't know how to react so I just pretended like it never hapoened. But when he saved me. When he opened that door to the cell, I couldn't have hoped for anyone else. It made me realise that I care about him more than I let on.

"Michonne." The woman spoke from behind me, breaking me from my thoughts. I looked at her through the rear view mirror. She gave me a slight smile and then looked back out of the window.

Another half an hour or so passed and we drove down the road in silence, passing small groups of walkers on the way. "We walk from here." Michonne suddenly spoke up.

Rick looked at her for a moment but then stopped the car and we all climbed out. "They have patrols. We're better off on foot." She told us, attaching a katana to her back.
