It was dark by the time we got back to the prison. It was Merle on watch, so he was the one to opened the gate on our arrival and close it once we were through, leaving Michonne to then pull up in front of C block.

We all then climbed out of the car and began grabbing the supplies out of the back. I had my album, my bag and another bag full of guns, Rick had another few bags in each hand, Michonne and Carl had the crib between them, each with bags over their shoulders and even Merle took a couple, once he'd jogged over to us. At the least, we could say we were one step closer to defending ourselves and taking down Woodbury. We had enough fire power now to do that.

Once we had all our stuff, we headed into the cell block and placed all the bags down on one of the tables in the common room. No one was in there so I assumed they were all in the other room.

Sure enough, when we went inside, everyone was gathered at the bottom of the stairs. Everyone apart from Daryl and my dad and a part of me began to worry. I don't know why, but I figured if they were together, all hell would be breaking loose. Then again, they hadn't give a reason to hate one another.

I let the thought slide as Carl and Michonne placed the crib next to the cells and Rick began explaining how the run went to everyone. As he did, I made my way passed them all and up the stairs, into mine and Briana's cell. I then put the photo album down on my bed, pausing for a second to just look at it before I made my way back out onto the balcony.

"Lily." My dad sighed from beside me. I turned to face him but before I could do anything else, he pulled us both into a hug. It looked as though he'd just come out of Daryl's cell. "I thought I heard you come back."

"Yeah. I'm fine. We got a lot." I smiled, stepping back out of the hug. "How was everything here?"

"Suprisingly quiet." He laughed. I couldn't help but smile as I looked down over the railing to the others before looking back at my dad. "Where'd you go?"

"We went back to my old town." I replied, taking a moment to see how he'd react. If I remembered correctly, after everything happened, he didn't want me going back there. He said it was best for me to forget it and keep moving forward, but thanks to today, I can finally do that. "I went back to my house." He didn't react. "I found that photo album you gave me when I moved out and bought it back with me. I couldn't leave it behind." This time my dad's eyes widened.

"You bought it back?" He almost gasped. It was as though the album meant as much to him as it did to me. "Where is it?"

"Come on." I smiled and turned back into my cell.

The two of us then sat together and looked at the photos, laughing at those of when I was younger, going through to the stupid selfies that me and Briana took along with those of me and my dad. I even saw a tear roll down his cheek as he saw the two photosat the front. The wedding photo and our family photo.

"You know how to make your old man smile." He chuckled, sniffing to try and stop himself from crying.

I smiled back and hugged him. I can't deny, me and my dad have been through some rocky times, but I don't know what I'd do with out him. He's the one person I know I can turn to about everything. He's been there for me all these years and put up with a lot on my behalf. He, Daryl and Briana are the three people I trust with my life and I don't how how I'm supposed to repay them. Without them, I don't know where I'd be now.

We sat for a while longer going back through the album and just talking about whatever popped into our heads. Then he started talking about me and Tyler. The one thing I'd rather not talk about. "Look, I think all he wants is for you to forgive him." He sighed. "I hate his guts for what he did, but he helped us in those early days and even now. We owe him our lives."
