YOUR POV

After being outside for all of 20 minutes, I was getting bored of listening to the boys talking about their "conquests" as they called them.

The way they talked about girls disgusted me.

The girls however, seemed to like it and went along with everything the boys said.

They didn't mind being treated like nothing, they didn't mind being used for just their bodies and nothing more.

I glanced around me, in hopes of spotting the boy with the red hair but he was nowhere to be seen.

The playground was dotted with brunettes, blondes, ever gingers, but no dyed red hair.

Where was he?

Why hadn't he come to find me?

I searched for the blonde haired boy who I knew could send me in the right direction, but even he wasn't around.

I sighed knowing this was the end and I might as well give up.

"What the fuck are you thinking so hard about?" a voice called from across the field.

He strode over to me, his arms snaking around my waist and he pressed our bodies together.

"Nothing," I told him, not looking into his eyes.

"Tell me," he demanded, his tone impatient.

I pushed him back, getting angrier by the second and his face dropped.

"Not right now Calum," I groaned.

I stepped away from him, already feeling the eyes that were watching my every move and I walked away.

I left behind the people who I thought I could trust the most, realising in that moment they were the least trustworthy people around.

I was determined to finish reading the lyrics he'd took the time to write and then I was going to find him.

I was going to demand that he explain himself and tell me why he ran.

Why did he leave me?
