* YOU & CALUM *
Calum: Open your window so I can fucking climb in
You: Oh how romantic! You're not Romeo you know
Calum: Wasn't trying to be babe. Just open the window
You: Fine but you're not staying

YOUR POV
I put my phone down on the bedside table and moved to the window.
I unhooked the lock and pushed it open.
I stood at the window waiting for confirmation that he was here.
It didn't usually take him long to get here.
"Move then so I can jump in," Calum breathed.
I gasped, jumping back at the sound of his voice.
"I'm in the tree Y/N," he chuckled.
I squinted my eyes and saw him crouched on a branch, holding onto another.
I stepped back giving him room and he stood up, gripped the branch above him, swung and flew through the air.
His hands grabbed at the bottom of the window frame and he dragged himself up and into the window.
I clutched my chest, holding my breath as I watched him.
"Every time I think you're not going to make it. I wish you'd just come through the door like a normal person," I told him.
I rolled my eyes and moved to the bed.
His arms snaked around my waist and I sighed, falling back into him.
"You know I can't do that. Your dad doesn't like me, and he scares me," he breathed in my ear.
"Mmmm," I sighed. "But if you were quiet you could sneak in."
"Wouldn't be possible. I can't be quiet, you know that," he chuckled.
I moaned thinking of the last time he'd snuck in.
And he'd been so loud my dad had heard.
He'd had a lucky escape because it had taken my dad a while to get out of the bed.
And when he finally began padding down the hallway, Calum was up dressed and leaving.
"Well that isn't happening again," I said, shaking my head.
He scoffed.
"Alright fine. But cuddles are definitely happening," he decided.
I nodded and he began moving us to the bed.
His arms left my waist for a split second whilst I climbed into the bed.
He shrugged out of his shirt and pants before climbing in beside me.
"Why are you getting undressed? You're leaving soon," I asked him.
"I want to feel skin on skin. I miss you when I have to leave," he explained.
I snuggled up closer to him and breathed out, content in the right here and right now.
"We need to move in together Y/N. I don't like leaving each night," he whispered.
His lips pressed to the shell of my ear, lingering before he pulled back.
"You know my dad would never allow that Calum," I sighed.
"I wish you'd just go against him. If you want to move in with me, if it will make you happy then you should do it," he said.
I knew he was right but I didn't want to go against my dad.
If I did that I didn't know how he'd react.
If he never spoke to me again, I wouldn't be able to forgive myself.
"What if he never speaks to me again?" I asked.
"He wouldn't do that baby. He loves you so much. You're his baby girl, he'd never so that," he promised.
I wanted to believe him, I really did.
But until it happened I couldn't.
--
The next morning I awoke feeling cold and alone.
Calum was gone and his side of the bed still had the marks from where he'd been.
I'd fallen asleep in his arms again, and I regretted not being awake to see him leave.
I pulled back the covers and climbed out, letting a yawn escape.
My phone lit up beside me and I grabbed for it.
Calum's name flashed across my screen and I grinned.

YOUR POV
I put down my phone and went to the bathroom.
I brushed my teeth and my hair, putting it up in a pony.
After washing my face, putting on deodorant and some makeup, I went to get dressed.
I glanced out the window to see blue skies and decided on a dress for today with some ankle boots.
As I made my way downstairs, I could hear my dad grumbling about something in his newspaper.
When I walked in, his eyes looked up and he smiled brightly.
"Good morning sweetheart. How did you sleep?" he asked.
"Good morning. I slept good," I replied with a smile.
"You look lovely today darling. Where are you going?" my mum asked.
She put down a plate in front of my dad and he grinned.
"Just out with Y/B/F. She wanted me to help her with some homework," I shrugged.
I grabbed an apple from the basket and took a bite.
"I hope you're not going to see him," dad grunted.
"Dad," I whined. "He's not a bad guy. I wish you'd give him a chance."
