So guys, long time no write. Yeah, I am really sorry about this. Things have just been happening and life has been killing me softly. I just lost myself and everything seems to be turning to shit. So this story was pushed to the back of my mind as life seemed to kick me in the face, repeatedly. But I'm back. And there is a new chapter to the story of Summer and Calum. I really do hope you like this and that it has been worth the wait.
Just, yeah, thanks for waiting for so long. I know you must have thought that I'd gone forever but it is back. I will finish this story if it is the last thing I do. Besides, there is still a whole lot of shit to come up in the coming chapters, which I have planned but just haven't written.
But yeah, enjoy it!!
After that night I spent a lot of time actually talking to the people and getting their thoughts and memories and trying to bounce off of them to see what I could remember. That dream that night was weird but it brought back a memory of a study session with Luke. Apparently Calum and I had a water fight in their kitchen when we were cleaning the dishes which led to me borrowing Calum's shirt. When I told him about the dream he is the one that actually explained what had happened with a smile on his face the full time. It was actually pretty funny. And he had the giggles, which was adorable.
Luke had then explained that I was shit at maths and then said that it was fine because Calum was much worse than me and he still managed to pass with Luke's help. That filled me with horror as it made me remember that I actually had to go to school.
The school was on a long break because of everything that had happened to the students. It was so terrible. One of the students was arrested, another kidnapped and tortured and one was actually killed. And it was all due to me. Calum had tried to explain that it wasn't my fault but I couldn't help but feel guilty. This led me to being very down whenever I was alone.
The only thing that made me happy was when two very cute, curly haired, dirty blonde boys came into my room one day. Calum walking in behind them.
"Hey!" I smiled at them. I recognised them, but I couldn't think why. And it was obvious that they're brothers. "Hi Summer." The older one smiled nervously at me. While the younger one stayed silent, standing near the door. I kept my eyes on him. Trying desperately to remember why I knew him.
I closed my eyes as I ran through the newer memories I had gained. "Summer? You okay?" Calum asked worried beside me. "Yeah, just give me a second." I told him as he held onto my hand.
"You not going to speak?" The older boy asked the younger. I opened my eyes and I watched him as he took a step towards me. "Hi." He said to me. His eyes desperately trying to look for recognition in mine. "Can I hold your hand?" I asked out of the blue. It may seem weird, but when Tom hugged me I got a memory and the same seems to happened whenever I fall asleep with Calum holding me. He looked nervously between me and Calum and then our hands.
I removed my hand from Calum's and held it up to the boy. He carefully grabbed my hand and entwined our fingers.
Calum. Detention? Football. This boy. He is good. Really good. He is a captain.
"Harry!" I smiled as the name came into my mind. I hugged the boy and laughed. "How are you bud?" I asked genuinely excited to see him now that I could remember that we had a blossoming friendship before. He laughed at me. "I should be able he one asking you." He chuckled. "But I am good. I was really worried about you." He tells me a seriousness in his voice. "I'll be fine. I'm sorry I worried you." I said to him, feeling guilty at the fact I have managed to affect so many people with what has happened.
