-He's never understood what he did to deserve you.
-In fact, he thinks you're too good for him.
-And he brings it up every time you argue.
-Which isn't a lot, but it's not uncommon either.
-Whenever you do argue, it's usually about your safety.
-Because he can be quite over-protective of you.
-Even possessive.
-But he knows damn well you aren't helpless.
-He's just too afraid to risk your wellbeing.
-So more often than not, he'll take things into his own hands.
-Which pisses you off more than anything.
-And usually results in more arguments.
-But they always blow over, and never last longer than the last word given.
-Dancing around the kitchen in your pajamas or underwear is a very common occurrence.
-He'll slowly turn up the stereo, nodding along to the beat before you both dance over to each other.
-When you sleep, he'll pull you almost completely against his chest.
-He'll almost always wake up earlier than you.
-Spending a couple of moments just to look at your sleeping form beside him and smile, thinking to himself.
-Brushing your hair behind your ear so he can see you better.
-"I so don't deserve you."
-And when you finally wake up on your own and trod downstairs, you find him making breakfast.
-Blueberry pancakes, his specialty.
-He loves it when you were his clothes.
-Always lending you his leather jacket and t-shirts.
-Living with him and Stefan in the Salvatore Boarding House.
-Taking bubble-baths together.
-Going on spontaneous road trips.
-Embarrassing him by bringing out old photos of him from throughout the decades.
-"Oh please Y/N. I could don some flared jeans and platform boots today and you'd still think I was hot."
-Constantly trying to match and one-up each others sarcasm.
-Smirking at you.
-Keeping a hand on the small of your back whenever you're in a crowded place.
-When you were turned, he couldn't help but feel a little thankful.
-He knew it was selfish.
-And he never dared to even ask you for such a demanding commitment.
-But he couldn't bare to even think about spending the rest of eternity without you by his side.
