This was supposed to be Osana and Taro, but I ended up adding Amai to this story. Please leave me suggestions for oneshots.

Dead! Osana Najimi x Taro Yamada x Amai Odayaka:

Taro missed her.

He missed everything about her.

He missed the way she called him Baka. He missed the way she would complain when he overslept. He missed the way she was still a good friend even if she wasn't the nicest person.

And now she was gone.

He never had the chance to confess his feelings to her.

She had been murdered, but her killer had gotten away. Taro hated the person who killed his best friend, even though he didn't know who they were. He sighed, wishing she was still here. He still remembered the day he met Osana as if it had just happened.

Flashback:

Taro sat on one swing pushing himself. He was a loner, so he didn't have many friends. His parents hadn't had much time for him after the birth of his little sister Hanako. He thought he was alone, but he was startled by a voice behind him.
"What's your name?" The loud voice asked. Taro stopped the swing and turned around. Behind him was a pretty girl with long orange pigtails and amber eyes.
"T-Taro. Taro Yamada." He stuttered, mesmerised by the girls pigtails. She sat down on the swing next to his, her pigtails nearly touching the floor.
"My name's Osana Najimi." She said, lightly pushing herself.
"It's nice to meet you Najimi-san." Taro smiled as he lightly pushed himself.
"Ugh! Don't call me that, it sounds too formal." Osana groaned as she continued swinging. "Osana-chan is fine." He looked at the boy next to her, who had a smile and a small blush on his cheeks. "Don't get the wrong idea... Baka!" She snapped, making the boy frown.
"Sorry." He muttered, looking at the floor.
"Whatever." She muttered as a blush crossed her cheeks. Taro stopped his swing and stood up. He walked behind Osana's swing and started to push her, making her scream a little in surprise.

They played together at the park until Taro saw his mother waiting for him so they could go home. Taro saw his mum and sighed a little, realising he would have to leave Osana.
"Osana-chan, can I ask you something." He asked shyly. Osana looked at him with crossed arms.
"What do you want?" She asked, raising her eyebrow.
"C-can we be... best friends?" Taro stuttered, intimidated by her attitude. Osana was the first friend he'd had, and he wanted a best friend.
"Ok, Taro-kun. We're best friends, not like I care or anything." She said, rolling her eyes and running away home. He watched her go with a smile on his face.

End of flashback:

Taro was sat down at his desk too sad to move even though class had finished half an hour ago. He felt a small tear running down his face as he relived the memory in his mind.
"Why can't I go back to that day?" He muttered to himself. "It was so easy then." Another tear ran down his face as he was flooded with emotion and memories. He didn't even realise what had been placed in front of him.
"I thought you would like one, these were Osana's favourite." The person said as they placed a plate of cookies on the desk in front of Taro. He looked up to see Amai placing a plate of cookies in front of him, her apron lightly coated in flour.
"Thanks Amai." He smiled weakly, picking up a cookie. She gave him a sweet smile and pulled over a chair. He gnawed at the cookie sadly.
"I know how it feels to lose someone close to you. I promise you'll be fine." Amai comforted the boy, rubbing his shoulder.
"She was my best friend, she didn't deserve this." He cried. Amai smiled weakly at Taro, holding onto his hand.
"I know sweetie, but would she want to see you this miserable?"
"No... She probably yell at me for being so weak." He smiled a little.
"Taro stop crying Baka!" Amai mimicked Osana, earning a small laugh from Taro. "You're ugly when you cry, not like I care." Amai continued as they both laughed.
"Thanks Amai. I feel a little better." He said, still laughing a little.
"I have to go back to my club, but you're welcome to come along if you want." Amai stood up and pushed her chair back. Taro nodded his head and they both headed towards the cooking club together, followed by a dark haired Yandere...
