12: Martial Arts Baka

Budo Masuta x Osana Najimi:

Budo stood on the pier waiting for his tsundere girlfriend. They had arranged to meet on the pier at the beach and spend the day together. He could see the ginger haired girl approach him, looking prettier than usual.
"Baka! You beat me here." She jokingly snapped, lightly hitting Budo on the arm. He laughed a little, rubbing his shoulder pretending it hurt a little.
"Wow. You look really pretty." He said, ignoring her attitude. She crossed her arms and rolled her eyes.
"Oh my lord, you complimented me without using the words 'hot' or 'mega hot'. Proud of you." Osana said sarcastically, making Budo laugh.
"Most people say thank you after being complimented." He replied equally as sarcastically. She rolled her eyes and grabbed his hand.
"Whatever, Baka." She snapped, pulling him further on to the pier.

"Can you not win anything?" Osana snapped, watching her boyfriend try to knock over a pyramid of cans. This had been his 10th attempt, with no success on any.
"I can, I swear." He said, throwing the ball and barely hitting the top can. She rolled her eyes and loudly sighed.
"Let me try." She snapped, paying for a turn. She threw the ball hard, knocking over every can first try. She looked at Budo and smirked as she was handed her prize, a large stuffed panda. "You can have it if you want, n-not like I care." She held it out to the boy.
"No. You have it." He shrugged his shoulders casually. She rolled her eyes, an annoyed look on her face. "I'll try one more time." He said, paying for another turn. He took the ball and aimed for the same place Osana did. He smirked when all the cans fell and he claimed his prize. "Told you I could do it." He smirked at Osana.
"Only after I showed you, Baka." She rolled her eyes and grabbed his hand. "I'm bored, I want to go on the bumper cars." She pulled him away from the stand, still holding her bear tightly.

Budo and Osana were shoved into a tiny bumper car with Budo driving.
"Watch out!" Osana shouted as Budo nearly crashed into the wall. He swerved, crushing Osana. "You should've let me drive!" She folded her arms and leant back a little.
"Sorry babe." He said, driving the car directly into another. The crash caused Osana to nearly fly out of the car. The seatbelt held her back, instead causing her to hit her nose on the front of the car.
"Budo what the hell!" She screamed, her nose turning red.
"I'm so sorry, really I am." He began to apologise, making sure to avoid everyone else in the cars.
"You're such a Baka!" She continued yelling, not really hearing his apology. She wiped her nose with the back of her hand, and screamed when she saw blood. "You broke my nose!" She screamed, being overdramatic. He stopped the car with the others that weren't in use and they both got out.

Fun fact: something like that happened to me when I was about 7 years old. I was in a bumper car when I crashed it into a wall and got a nosebleed by hitting my nose on the wheel. Fun times.

They sat down on the beach watching the sun set. They had stayed at the pier a few hours after Osana's nose had stopped bleeding. The beach was mostly empty, so they had plenty of space and privacy.
"I'm really sorry." Budo apologised for the millionth time for crashing the bumper car. She looked at him and laughed a little.
"W-whatever. You're supposed to crash the bumper car, dummy." She snapped in a joking manner. He put his arm around her, and they fell back in to the sand.
"I feel bad for hurting you." He muttered, holding her close. She rested her head on his chest and sighed.
"It honestly didn't even hurt." She lied, making Budo laugh. She closed her eyes, listening to his heart beat. "Love you." She muttered, part of her hoping he didn't hear.
"I love you too, Osana." He said, stroking her hair and also closing his eyes.
