Budo Masuta x Arissa Takeshi (-HanakoYamada- ):

"Come on, Arissa." Budo encouraged as he and Arissa trained together in the martial arts club room. The rest of the club hadn't arrived yet, so they had decided to do a private session together.
"I'm sorry." Arissa sighed as she stopped and looked at Budo. "I'm so much better than this." That was true. She usually was so much better at kicks than she was showing right now. Budo knew this.
"Come on, I believe in you." He said encouragingly. She smiled at him as she blushed. She had a crush on him, and it was seemingly obvious to everyone except him. She kept training until they were interrupted by a scream from outside. She stopped training as he ran outside to see who was screaming and why.

Budo ran outside and found his best friend Cupa sat on the floor loudly crying. It was evident she was in agonising pain.
"What's wrong?" Budo asked sitting down beside her. Watching from the doorway of the martial arts club room was Arissa. She was jealous of the attention Cupa was receiving from Budo. She hated when he paid anyone but her attention.
"I fell down the stairs. I think my ankle's broken." She cried in pain. Budo could see which one she was on about. He pulled off her shoe so it wasn't more painful as it swelled up bigger.
"Calm down, Cupa." He told her as he picked her up. Arissa was so jealous of the way Cupa was treated by Budo. Only she deserved that treatment. "Ari, could you get her bag and shoe please?" Budo asked, turning his attention back to her. She nodded her head, easily masking how she felt inside. She picked up Cupa's bag and shoe before following Budo to the nurse's office.

Arissa waited outside the nurse's office for Budo. He was still in there comforting Cupa until an ambulance arrived. It frustrated her to no end that Budo was with Cupa as opposed to her. She made a small groan as Ayano walked down the corridor and stood next to her casually.
"What are you doing out here, Ari?" Ayano asked. Arissa crossed her arms and stared coldly at the door.
"Cupa broke her foot, so Budo's with her." She said venomously. Ayano stood in silence for a moment before a small smile appeared on her face.
"Why do you allow that to happen?" She asked. Arissa shrugged her shoulders as Ayano stepped closer to her. "Why don't you just eliminate her?" She whispered to Arissa.
"She's his best friend, I can't do that." She replied back quietly. She didn't like the idea of killing Cupa, knowing how upset Budo would be.
"Why not? I killed my Senpai's best friend, and look what's happened since." She said, smirking. Ayano had eliminated her rivals, and was now Taro's girlfriend. The only one who knew was Arissa.
I guess you're right." She sighed a little. Ayano smirked at her as she walked away to go find Taro. Arissa waited outside the nurse's office until she saw the paramedics running to the room. Budo stood outside with Arissa as they carried Cupa to the ambulance outside.

Cupa wasn't in the next week, as she was off with a broken ankle. That kinda annoyed Arissa, as she couldn't eliminate her when she wasn't there. Arissa didn't know where she lived, either. Cupa not being in meant Budo wasn't around to spend time with her after club activities, as he went to her house to keep her updated on their schoolwork. Arissa sighed internally as she walked until she heard the sound of someone on crutches behind her. She turned around, and saw Cupa hobbling in her direction.
"Hi Cupa." Arissa said, easily masking the anger and annoyance in her voice. Cupa looked up at her, smiling a little.
"Oh, hey Arissa." She said softly, hobbling closer. Her broken foot was in a cast, and she couldn't put any weight on it. That meant she couldn't run from Arissa.
"I need to ask you something in private." Arissa said. She planned to take Cupa somewhere private and murder her without witnesses.
"Sure, ok." She said. Arissa smiled as she started to head away, followed slowly by Cupa. Arissa had to remember Cupa was on crutches, so she wouldn't be moving fast.

That Friday, Arissa had decided to confess her feelings to Budo. She still remembered murdering Cupa that week. Budo had been devastated by her death, and Arissa had comforted him in an attempt to make him love her. It seemed to have worked as he allowed her to take him to the mythical cherry blossom tree behind the school.
"What did you want to say to me, Ari?" Budo asked as they reached the tree. Arissa blushed, looking down at her hands.
"I'm in love with you, Budo." She admitted. He was a little surprised with her confession, as he'd been the only one to not notice her feelings. "I know you're hurting right now, but let me heal you." She begged. She knew he was hurting after Cupa had been murdered, as they were best friends.
"Ari... I accept your confession." Budo said as he put his arms around her. She blushed heavily as she put her arms around him. "I love you, Ari." He told her. She laughed a little as she smiled widely.
"I love you, Budo."

One year later:

"Really, Ari, again?" Budo sighed, looking at his girlfriend. She was covered in blood, smiling a little psychotically. She had become a yangire, getting enjoyment from killing people. Budo knew this, and had just accepted it.
"You know I can't help it." Arissa pouted, crossing her arms. "Help me please." She whined, looking down at the body beside her. Budo sighed and picked it up with one hand. This was the complete opposite of the hero personality everyone assumed he was. She smiled as they both walked towards the incinerator. "Love you, Budo." She smiled, holding on to his free hand.
"Love you too, Ari." He sighed, holding her hand back.
