A black bird is flying slowly and magnificently, right up to the moment it gives a final shriek and Ruby crashes through it in a burst of feathers as she plummets downward.

Ruby: Birdie, no!

She rids the bird off of her face, but the bird then plants itself on your face as you descended.

You: Hey! Can't see!

You tried removing the bird from your face, but to only find yourself nearly 50 feet of the ground already.

You: Crap. I don't wanna see.

*Boooooom*

Ruby: Sorry!

Ruby fires off a few rounds from Crescent Rose to slow her down, then turns the weapon into its scythe form to catch the branch of a tree in her blade and fall downward at a slower pace.

Weiss, armed with Myrtenaster, summons a white snowflake circle under her and leaps off of it to the forest below.

Ren descends as Sky sees Nora briefly being seen next to him at a faster speed, and spins in the air, eventually using StormFlower's blades to spiral around the trunk of a large tree and hit the ground, brushing off his clothes before looking up to see...

Yang: Woo-hooo! Yeah! Ally-oop!

Yang, soaring right over the treetops, is using her gauntlets and its fiery force to push her through the air further and further north, spinning and laughing with each blast, even when she crashes through the leaves of a tree and leaps off two trunks to tumble to the ground.

Yang: Nailed it! (runs off)

Meanwhile with Pyrrha, her weapon in sword form and armed with a shield, crashes through several trees and rolls on a branch, immediately shifting her blade into a rifle and looking through the scope at Jaune as he continues to scream and fall helplessly. Pyrrha coolly transforms her weapon again to its spear form, takes a moment to evaluate her throw, and rockets the javelin deep into the forest until a faint "THUNK!" is heard.

Jaune: (in the distance) Thank you!

Pyrrha: (waving) I'm sorry!

Exactly 268 meters away from the temple, Sky lands with a crouch and his head down as he clutches his weapon, already encountering 6 beowolves, who starts to surround him, growling at him. Sky only smirks at himself before raising his head at them, activating his Semblance as he winked at them, making a sky blue glint appear on the eye he used to wink. A beowolf lunges at him. Time seemed to slowed down for Sky as pulls the trigger on Twilight, shooting Dawn out of the sheath. He then dashes forward, catching the sword in mid-air, rapidly slicing the Grimm at an incredible pace in its torso, before cutting its head off clean from its neck, then Sky resheaths Dawn. When Sky deactivated his semblance, time for seemed to have returned for him while the beowolves only a saw a sudden blur before seeing one of their kind die. Angered by this, the beowolves lunge at Sky at the same time.

But before Sky could even draw his weapon, you slid into the picture, wielding your weapon in hand with a duplicate of it on the other. You threw the ice duplicate of your weapon on one of the beowolves' feet, and it formed an ice around its feet as it came upon impact. Summoning another sword of ice, you began attacking the other beowolf as Sky takes his cue to attack the others as well. You sliced a Grimm's arm clean, before cutting its head off. Sky activates his semblance again, and in a flash the other Grimms laid on the forest floor as they disintegrated.
