But they're not England's parents...

So are they technically not brothers or are Finland and Sweden adoptive parents...?

I mean I know they bought Sealand on ebay

But then if England and Sealand are brothers then after being adopted would they legally stop being brothers...

Also, I realized we didn't officially break up. It was more of an indirect way of breaking up with someone, so I decided I would be the one to do it. Not by text, but in person. Gonna walk up those hundreds of steps, face him and say "We haven't officially broken up, so I'm breaking up with you. Sign this contract"
