You felt hopeless and you wanted to help out, but Allen wasn't paying attention to you. He was simply there, staring at the jar Timpcampy was in. He wasn't listening to anyone or anything, all he was doing was remaining where he was, and that was what was hurting you the most, just seeing him numb to the world.

You waited until the General made a stop and then he left you and Allen alone, Kanda and Johnny leaving with him. They were setting up their tent and when they fell asleep that was when Allen finally broke down and he grabbed ahold of you and began crying into your shoulder.

You wrapped your arms around him and began to soothe and console him. After he began to quiet and calm down, he cuddled into you and said, "Don't leave me as well Y/N."

You sighed and said, "I'll never leave you, Allen."
