"Two!!" Silas's shouting and beating on the bed wakes me up. "Daddy!! Mommy!!" he continues to smack the bed and I chuckle then pick him up from the ground. He pulls up two fingers and I nod.

I kiss his head and watch him bounce around in excitement. "Happy Birthday!" I smile and he continues continues bouncing. "Ok ok champ. Did you sleep last night?" I ask and he stops what he's doing then looks at me. I sigh and sit him on my lap. This kitten better fucking work. "Listen champ, you can't sleep with mommy and I every single night, especially now since you're two" I slightly smile at the end so he doesn't think I'm picking on him.

He looks at me and sadly nods. Movement is felt beside me then I hear Dragonfly groan as she sits up. "Silas what are you doing up this early baby?" she rubs her eyes and Silas smiles as he holds up two fingers. "I know! Happy Birthday" she kisses his cheek and rubs his head. "Go play in your room, love, We still have plenty of time to start the day, but daddy and I need to finish waking up first" she plays with his messy set of hair he gets from me.

He pulls out his bottom lip as he slowly and carefully gets off the bed. I help him down then take his hand as we walk to his room. He's pretty tall for a two year old, but I still have to lean down a bit so I'm not pulling him up with my arm. "I'll be back in a bit champ" i kneel down to his height and he nods. "Try to get some sleep for now" I kiss his forehead then ruffle his hair before walking back to my room.

"We have the morning to ourselves!" Dragonfly stretches and puts her arms out. I smirk and hover over her. She wraps her arms around my neck then her lips crash into mine. I'm taken back at first, but my lips return the favor. She goes to pull off my shirt, making me immediately push off her. "What's wrong? I haven't seen you without a shirt in two days"

I smirk then get off the bed and into the shower.

"Whose birthday?" the man behind the counter asks as he scans the decorations. I ignore him and he sighs then hands me my bags. "Tell Silas I said happy birthday" he says and I stand tall, looking at him.

My fists clutch and my heart raises. "How do you know my son's name" I look at him with a death glare. He smirks and my blood begins to boil. "How. Do. You. Know. My. Son's. Name" I repeat word for word with stern. Everyone leaves the building, leaving just me and him.

He leans back on the counter. "Way to make my customers leave, kid" he shakes his head in disappointment so I jump over the counter and pin him to the wall with my teeth furiously out. "Ouch" he groans and I pin him harder.

"Fuck it" I pull my gun out from the waistband and point it at him. "I'm not playing games nor letting you off the hook when you somehow know about my son" i put my finger on the trigger and pull it without hesitation or mercy.

Before leaving, I erase the security footage and my fingerprints. If he knows about Silas then surely more must know about him right? Deep breaths Kai... you'll figure this out, but right now don't stress your son on his big day.

I'll tell the guys at the end of the day so they don't stress either. They're out with Silas anyway at the fair so I won't ruin it for him. Dragonfly's out picking up his cake and things then later on we're getting his kitten which is a orange tabby.

I wish Silas figured out what he wants to do, like sport wise. But lately he's been interested in my fights so it would be awesome if he got into boxing. Who knows. I really don't want him to grow up at all though... can't he stay this tiny and cute forever?
