I brought two outfits with me: a nice outfit, and a comfortable one. Austin said I would need both.
“You look so beautiful,” he said the moment he saw me.
Not surprisingly, he took a picture of my reaction. I smiled from ear to ear.

I held his hand as he drove.
“Today's gonna be a great day.” He said he would do anything in his power to make it so.
“We could go to the beach again,” he suggested. “I know how much you love that place. I'll never get tired of going there.”
Austin picked me up early in the morning, so we would have more time to spend together. He had to leave tonight.
We laid in the sand for a little while, kissing each other.
In the past week, we went to the beach so many times, and neither of us complained about it.

When he got hungry, he took me to one of his favorite pizza places.
“Isn't this place the best?” he gushed as he took a bite from his slice. He was blown away when the cheese stretched very far.

As we ate, he realized something: “I have your gift.”
“Austin---” I didn't want him to get me anything.
