Ben had asked to take me out on a proper date just the two of us but the babysitting issue had put me off until now, although the thought of an evening alone with him gave me those familiar aches that I had been feeling a lot lately especially since we had been swimming with the children. I couldn't believe how stupid I had been, the sight of him, his bare chest made me throb in places I didn't know could, why can't I just let go. These were the things I told him I wanted to feel. I fancied him like hell.

Our time with the kids was fun. Ben was wonderful with them and they returned his affection.

I decided after several attempts on his and Ben's part to take Mike up on his offer to look after the children and finally spend some time alone with Ben.

Ben was thrilled and booked us tickets to go and see The Phantom of the Opera my favourite musical. Ben was a fan too. His love of music was one of the many things I found we had in common.

Your fella will pick you up at 6 sweetheart and we can go for a drink before the show xx

I loved it when he called me Sweetheart.

I sit at my dressing table looking into the mirror while I put on my perfume that Ben brought back for me from Amsterdam, do I look alright, it's been an absolute age since I'd dressed up to go out, it was a show and dinner afterwards so he said, I wanted to look nice for him, but I'm not sure I know what nice is. I'd had to ask the advice of everyone in work as to what to wear...........................

Earlier that day

"So where is he taking you" Eileen asks me

"To the Theatre to see Phantom of the Opera" I tell her my face beaming

"Blimey, flowers, jewellery, theatre........." she starts

"And dinner he's taking her out for dinner too" Mike chirps up out of no where, he really does do that too often.

"But what do I wear" I ask

"Well it's Saturday Night darling, I say you dress to impress" Eileen says

"Dress to impress for what" Dom shouts coming up the aisle

"Lisa's outfit for tonight, dishy Ben is taking her to the theatre" Mike tells him

"Ah is he now" he says

"He certainly is keen on spoiling you darling" Eileen tells me

"So any ideas" I ask again!!

"Black" Dom says and I look at Mike

"Absolutely" he says "The good old little black dress" he says

"But I don't have one, not a going out one" I say to him

"So you go out in your lunch break and buy one, unless you have a lunch date today" Dom says winking at me

"No he's looking after the kids for me today, he's taken them to the Natural History Museum" I say winking back

"So my dress" I say

"One that shows plenty of cleavage" Dom Suggests

"Dom" Mike shouts and Eileen looks up and down at him

"Pervert" she jokes making us all laugh.

"I'll come with you Lis we'll find you something" Ei says.

Once Our lunchtime comes we head up regent street to look for something "I don't want to spend too much" I say I hate spending money

"You don't have too darling "We will go to Next" she says
