HAPPY BIRTHDAY JHOOOOOOOOOOOPE!

Yesterday, as soon as it struck 12 I was jumping countless number of times! I was really really happy to be a part of this solo celebration for JHope's birthday. I have never been so happy even for my own birthdays.

BTS has unexpectedly taken a special place in my heart in a very short amount of time. Maybe because I found them in one of my difficult times, or just because of their contagious energy. When I first saw them, I loved the vibe they collectively gave off. As time went by, I got to know each of the 7 members of Bangtan Soneyeondan. Even if I say so and so member is my bias or bias wrecker, I do love and appreciate each and every member of this 7 piece band. BTS was started with 7 equal individuals: Kim Namjoon, Kim Seokjin, Min Yoongi, Jung Hoseok, Park Jimin, Kim Taehyung and Jeon Jungook; and all of them have played an equal role in creating a name for themselves, in their own unique way. I, personally, have (digitally) connected with each member differently and thus I would like to explain that on each member's birthday.

Starting with Jung Hoseok.

Dear Jung Hoseok,

When I first saw BTS on the James Corden's Flinch game, you were the first one who made me interested in Koreans. I had certain different assumptions of East Asians before I saw this video and the moment I saw your happy face, all of that instantly got shattered. I found it extremely hilarious when you and Seokjin got scared out of your mind and you fell down. It took me some time to grasp but then I got to know that you were Jhope.

Frankly, after that it did take some time for me to notice you again. I did so when I learnt that you are actually considered the best dancer of your group. I was blown by your charisma in the Mic Drop music video. You truly are the best dancer of BTS.

Then as and when I saw more of BTS' non stage videos, I learnt how you actually live up to your name. You may have been given the role of being BTS' hope, but you have really honed that role. I see you taking care of the members and brightening their spirit whenever they are feeling down. I know RM is the leader but I can sense that you are also very much involved with bringing the group together and leading them during performances and interviews.

Your variety skills are great too! You can get too loud at times but it's one part of your personality and frankly, I like it. It gives me energy too. So keep going you!

Having said that, Jung Hoseok, you're still a mystery. I don't want to say that you pretend to be happy and over excited but you sure do a good job at not letting your worries show. That is really good from the professionalism point of view but I hope that you are able to share your problems with others and get comforted the way you comfort the others. I have heard about how heart broken you were when your girlfriend left you for someone else. Here's hoping that you'll eventually find a keeper for life. ;) I know you were quite popular as an under ground dancer but you chose the BTS path for your life and I'm glad you did.

Because your presence brightens and ups the mood whenever I see your vids. It creates a very happy feeling in my heart. You teach me how to balance both energy/playfulness and professionalism/seriousness. Also dance, I live for your dance moves.

Happy Birthday Jung Hoseok/JHope! Hope you stay happy with your life as JHope or Jung Hoseok. I purple you!💜
