I reached office at 10 and my computer and internet worked immediately.

Today, I had to call so many illustrators from the Times jobs list. First, I had find out graphic designers and illustrators from this huge list of people who wanted a job. Then I had to call them, introduce myself and ask them if they are interested in the job. Some refused, some weren't reachable.

I had an interaction with Boss Y after quite a long time. He asked me to sit with my team and make a concrete time line based plan because it seems to be haywire as of now. He asked me not to disclose that he was the one who suggested it.

I can see why people say that Boss Y is good at poaching. Even his brothers (who I'm technically working under), were suspicious when they saw me speaking to him. According to Kristen, he might just try to convince me to stay longer than the 2 months that I plan for (he just needs people to work for him. I'm no one great). And since I haven't got my appointment letter yet, he still kinda has a upper hand. But if Boss Y is good at convincing, I am also good at standing my ground when I really want to. I'll have to do two things to make things easier for me:

1. Have a future plan ready (personal, academic-wise)
2. Find a replacement for me

But for now, I have quite a lot on my plate.

First, Boss I has finally realised that she hasn't been giving me her work since a couple of days so she gave a bunch of them today. And she's given me work for an entire week.

Boss R wants me to get 60 article topics (which I think is going to get converted into full articles) and get the entire UI/UX for it in place by the 6th of June. He also wants me to make an image bank for it.

Boss H wants me to call illustrators, send mailers to writers and illustrators, check samples and stories, schedule meetings, and co-ordinate with writers, editors and illustrators to get all our work done on time. And the writers are giving me a tough time with their excuses.

Finally, Boss Y wants everyone to focus on starting our marketing plans.

Also, not to forget, there are quite a few seemingly small things that crop up almost everyday that takes quite a lot of time.

Coming to non-work part now. While traveling back home, Alex called me up. He had apparently gone to visit his best friend who is leaving for Spain for about a month for an internship. Alex was also on his way back home so he decided to board the same train as mine. We met at our station and picked up frankies on our way home.

Alex had said he didn't want to meet anyone at the frankie place but he met one of his gym mates. Dude thought I was Alex's girlfriend. Now I see why Alex didn't want to meet anyone. He'd have to explain to everyone what he's doing with a girl. I, on the other hand, in general don't like meeting anyone outside.

BigHit released the extended version of Fake Love! Only a couple of shots are added in the middle but the end is an entire new scene. Since I had already seen their Comeback Showcase and had been shook then, this one didn't really surprise me.

It was beautiful, nonetheless.
