I threw up at school during first period so I got sent home. I'm bored, so here's an early update!

"Sir!" Caleb rushes in, yanking the door open. The quick action of Millie and Finn pulling away goes unnoticed by him; he was too blinded with worry and fear. "What's wrong?" He asks, wrapping an arm gently around Millie.
"Someone... someone sold us out to Sartorious. His company infiltrated ours. We're fighting." Caleb breathes out, and Finn's eyes widen, and he quickly rushes to his desk, grabbing the guns he hides in one of the drawers.
"You have your gun, McLaughlin?" He asks, placing one of the guns in Millie's hand. Caleb nods, and they all rush out, fingers ready to pull the trigger at any moment.
"Who did it?" Millie asks, as they sharply turn a right corner, guns raised as they hear gunshots down the hall.
They duck out of the way as a gunshot comes near them. Finn crouches, and slowly peeks past the corner, aims his gun, and fires at his chest.
He falls over, blood soon spilling out of his chest as he goes limp. Millie slightly winces at the sight, but sighs, she had to do this.
"It was Charlie." Caleb spits, and they slowly continue down the hall, stepping quietly over the body.
"Heaton?" Finn asks, and hearing Millie's shaky breath, he grips her hand. She squeezes it, eyes scanning the hall and each room, ready to shoot anyone who comes at them. Yes, it was dangerous, but they signed up for a little fight or two.
Caleb nods, and stops abruptly, holding out an arm to stop them as well. "What's wrong?" Millie asks, and Caleb places a finger over his lips. "Do you hear that?" He whispers, and Finn focuses on any sound he can hear.
Nothing comes to his ears. "I don't hear anything." He whispers back, not sure why they were whispering.
"Exactly. The fight stopped. Something's not right."
Just as Caleb predicted, a few moments later footsteps can be heard from the hall. Finn aims his gun to where the footsteps can be heard.
"Lower your guns." A voice echoes through the hall, and soon after, Jacob Sartorious struts into the hall. He holds a small device in his right hand, and Finn squints to see what the strange object is.
They don't move however, and Jacob stops some 20 feet away from them. "I said, lower your guns." He repeats, and Millie looks to Finn for further instructions.
Finn shoots daggers at Jacob, but slowly lowers his gun. "Put it on the ground, Wolfhard." Jacob demands. Finn purses his lips, but does as told.
"All we want is Wolfhard. Hand him over, and we will leave you alone." He addresses Millie and Caleb this time.
"You seriously think we're going to hand him over?" Millie gasps, her hand tightening on her gun.
"You will." Jacob states, eyes glued upon his sworn enemy. "Never." Caleb grunts, aiming his gun.
Finn places his hand on Caleb's gun, forcing it to face the ground. "Don't. This is between me and Jacob. It's been going on for too long, and I'm going to be the one who ends to before more people get hurt."
"But he's going to-" Millie starts, taking a step closer to Finn. He cups her face in his free hand. "I'll be fine." He shoots her a encouraging smile.
She leans into his hand, and he places a gentle kiss on her lips. "I love you." He whispers, and her heart rate increases.
"I love y-" She starts but is cut off by Jacob's booming voice. "Now, Wolfhard!" He shouts, and Finn softly smiles at her, turning his attention to Jacob.
