"What happened?" he asks her.
"Nothing," she mumbles.
"Nothing? It doesn't look like 'nothing'. What happened?" he demands, wrapping his arms around her.
She begins to sob, uncontrollably. "I just want it to stop. Please, make it stop." Her body shakes with small tremors. She's so cold.
"Tell me what happened."
And when she does, he's determined. He will save her. No matter what it takes.
