After countless of conversations and warnings, Vanessa agreed to the music video. It was mainly Vivian pushing for it while I just sat back and ate on my breakfast burrito, Ellie literally doing the same but with a burger. We were both just cool with doing it or not doing it. I think we were getting old and just going with whatever..
"I swear to God, Y/n if you look like you're enjoying those scenes-" I chuckled and wrapped my arms around Vanessa, making her fall into my arms.
"I wooont. But remember how I said I wanted to get into acting? This could prepare you for that because Dana said I would most likely be casted for Netflix romcoms." She still grumbled against my shoulder in protest. "I promise, you're the only girl I enjoy being cute with."
"I'm watching you, Y/ln. and I'm watching your pants." I raised my hands playfully before she looked over my shoulder, her glare turning into a wide smile. "Oh my God, Ellie you look so cute!" I turned around and saw her blushing as she adjusted the jacket that was from Vanessa's clothing brand. We decided to kill two birds with one stone and promote Vanessa's brand while also promoting ourselves, if that made sense.
"Thank you, I love this dress. I might have to take it home." Ellie responded and they laughed together.
"Okay first scene is gonna be you in the middle of the skating rink by yourself, you'll be doing your thing and singing the second verse, alright?" I nodded at Vivian and followed after her and the camera crew to the wooden floor. "God this is fun, bossing you around like high school." I shoved her playfully but because of the waxed floor, she ended up slipping and falling on her ass.
"Asshole!" She screeched and I laughed loudly, running to the middle cautiously where the make up artists, camera man, and Dana.
"Please don't get hurt in here." Dana sighed out as the makeup girl took some of the sweat off of my forehead and nose. "Ellie is by the basketball game thing for her scene so when we finish here, we need to move quickly."
"Aye aye captain." I fixed myself up slightly and nodded my head when Left to Right started to play around the speakers.
"Okay, from the top." Vivian said, standing behind the camera as she stared at the screen.
On cue, the lights started to flash and the cameraman stood in front of me as I started the second verse.
"Her best friend gave the co-sign. That's how you know that it's go time. DJ hit us with a dope vibe, so good that he brought it back four times..."
