I scratched my head as I walked into the house, everyone buzzing and talking about different things.

"Oh thank God." I smirked at Johann in amusement as he handed me a sleeping Rosie, then pushing the twins to me. "Never. Again."

"Too much?" He nodded and fell against my shoulder. "What happened?"

"They never stop running." He playfully sobbed before pointing at Ezra. "And this dude has a great left foot. My balls hurt like hell."

I let out a laugh and fluffed his wild hair and looked down at Ezra who was staring up at me innocently, his arms crossed. "Did you do that, Ezzy?"

He looked away for a moment before looking back and giggling with a nod. "Yeeeah."

"I told you to only use your feet for soccer balls." Vanessa said as she appeared besides us with her own smirk.

"But kicking real balls is funner." He retorted with a shrug.

"He's got a point." I mumbled and Ezra gave me a high five while Vanessa scowled. "What? Don't give me that look."

"Yeah whatever. But I can see that you both are filthy so, come on bath time." The twins groaned simultaneously but didn't budge and Vanessa cocked an eyebrow. "Hvad sagde jeg? Let's go."

"Okay." Ezra gave me a small smile before dragging himself to the stairs while Stella hugged my side. "Can you sleep in my bed tonight?"

"Um, I don't know if I'll be staying kiddo." She nodded sadly before pulling back and going after her brother. My focus fell back onto Vanessa, her eyebrow cocked as she stared at me. "What?"

"Can we talk now?" She asked softly. I felt my heart beat start to speed up but I nodded and slowly walked over to Vivian who was sitting on the couch, talking with Yovanna.

"Can you hold her for me? I have to take care of something." Vivian grabbed her with a slight nod. "Um okay, you, are you fine?" I asked Vanna, knowing this was her first time around everyone physically.

"Yeah I'm great. Good luck." She gave me a thumbs up and I chuckled before walking up the stairs where Vanessa was waiting in her room on the bed.

"Hello pretty lady." Her head popped up and she smiled, motioning to the door. "Close it?" She nodded. I shut the door behind me before dropping next to her. I sighed softly when she wrapped her arms around my waist and laid us sideways on the bed, her legs tangling with mine. "What do you wanna talk about?"

"Hm, you. What did you go through over there?" My body tensed up slightly and she sensed is as she softly rubbed my back, whispering, "Baby it's okay. I just want to know, I won't judge you."

Nodding softly, I let myself be taken back to that dark place that I truly never wanted to revisit. But for her, I would.

"The first few months I was in a state of curiosity and self care I guess. I was too excited getting better for.. for you that everything else didn't matter. Then around a year it all hit." I shoved my head into her chest when I felt the anxiousness inside of me start to rise but the feeling of her nails scratching my scalp kept me calm.

"What happened around a year?" She whispered.

I huffed slightly before sitting up and crossing my legs, staring down at her as she rolled onto her stomach, her head resting in my lap as I spoke. "I started to get too into my head and I lost it."

I sat at the coffee table, staring at the picture that sat in the middle, right in front of my Bavarian coffee.

"Y/n?" I raised my head slowly and saw the same girl as before walk over to me slowly, a book and a notebook in her arms. "See you've taken a liking to the drink..."
