"Hellooo." I said into the mic as we walked onto the stage for the meet and greet Q&A.
"I'll never understand why you guys scream when we walk out." Vivian chuckled out as she sat besides me. "Three seconds of screaming then it gets super quiet. Hilarious."
I shook my head at her and grabbed a water bottle from the stage assistant with a smile. "Anyways, how are we today guys? We good?" I asked as I looked across the faces of (mainly) girls but there was some straggling guys out there. "There's only two rules here. One, no cutting others off when they're asking a question. Two, we're here to have fun and enjoy one another's company. If anyone interferes with that, let me know. Other than that fire away."
Hands immediately shot up and Vivian chose first. "Hi, it's my birthday and as a gift I wanted to know if you could tell us the name of your next single."
"Ooh," Ny said and looked over at me from the other end. "That's up to Y/nn."
"Ah man." I winced before tucking my legs under me. "I don't know- actually, it's Dancing With Nobody. It's not a lead single but it's the next one. Lucky we're our own bosses huh?" I said and bumped Vivian shoulder as she laughed.
"My question is for Y/n." I nodded with a smile as she fiddled with her fingers. "Have you see Alexa's new video?"
"She has a new video?" The crowd oohed and I waved my hand. "Wait no, when did she put it out?"
"What a great girlfriend." Ny said with sarcastic claps and Viv joined.
"I always know when Charly puts out a new mix." Ellie added with a smirk.
"You guys know I'm hardly on my phone- leave me alone man." I pulled my phone out and went to YouTube. "I'm watching the first minute now to say I did watch it.. assholes."
I clicked her new video and she popped up with a wide smile. "Hi guys um.. Jaime said I should do a little vlog-slash-questions thing so you can get to know me I guess." I smiled and watched her adjust the camera in her hand. "I'm currently in Eugene because I now attend the university of Oregon which is so cool."
I shook my head as I mumbled. "Man I miss her." The crowd awed as I stared intently at the phone.
She ran a hand through her hair as she smiled awkwardly. "Uh So first question is.. what's my favorite animal? I'd probably say-"
"A Bat." We said at the same time and the fans screamed for some damn reason. Shaking my head, I liked the video before closing my phone "Okaaay, see? I'm an amazing girlfriend."
"Mhm, you, red rose shirt." Ny said with a smirk.
"Ok so mine is sort of a two parter." I uncapped my water bottle and took a sip as she asked. "How do you all feel about Neels and Vanessa's engagement?" I hummed and swallowed the water before it ended up coming back up. "And will you go to the wedding?"
I purse my lips as we all lowkey fell silent, not knowing what to say.
"I think," Ellie started. "She's a grown woman and we're all adults so we shouldn't have to need an opinion on their engagement."
I nodded softly as she looked over at me. "Yeah, I've said it before. Vanessa will always have a part in my life obviously but she can make her own decisions. If she's happy, that's all that matters."
"I never turn down a wedding. They have free drinks." Vivian said and we all laughed at the girl before continuing on with the questions.
After a good fifteen minutes I slowly stood up and stretched my back. "Okay guys, I wanna go FaceTime my girl soooo thank you for coming."
