Vanessa grabbed the magazine and checked it out but all I could think about was that she was leaving for fashion week today. And by today I mean right after this meeting.
We had a long extended talk last night about everything; she promised to call as much as she could and I promised to trust her, even with that fucking Junebug there. I knew it would be hard and I could feel myself starting to get on edge but I tried to keep myself at a solid five because if I hit six, it would only keep rising.

"I'm glad you both like it." Lionel said with a smile when I pushed the magazine back to him. "It'll hit stands in about two days and this is your copy actually." He pushed the magazine back towards us and stood up. "Vogue has been happy working with you both."
