Nylah was getting married in three days. I think all of us were in a state of shock and excitement because one of the original four was tying the knot officially. Mine doesn't really count cause so much shit was fucked up with it but you get what I mean.

Obviously I don't wear dresses, so I went shopping with Trevor and his brothers which was actually really fun. I didn't get to hang out with him often so it was nice getting to know him fully without Nylah being there. Not saying anything but you could really get to know a person for who they really were without their girl or guy there. And I was happy to see he was still the soulful down to earth guy.

Another reason I was happy I went with the guys was because we ended up settling on our tuxes, shoes, and dinner within the day. Not like the girls who were still out and it was nearing eleven.

That being said, I let them have their time while I handled business. I don't know what I thought would come with running a record label independently but it sure as hell was much harder than I expected.

"Yes sir I-" I pinched the bridge of my nose when the Real Estate agent cut me off again. He was suppose to be wanting me to sign off but he was being a complete dick.

"Kid I'm just trying to tell you that the building you want to buy has a price of two point five million. Are you sure that-"

It was my turn to cut him off. "Sir, Envy's last single has been at number one for thirteen weeks now. Not to mention forty three point seven million U.S. streams and eighty eight thousand downloads sold... in the first two weeks. I don't think I need to say what the stats are now. Because we're independent, every dime of that single went into our pockets. So if I wanted to buy a damn building, I could buy the damn thing. Have a great day." I hung up the phone and tossed it onto my desk, rubbing my hands down my face with a groan.

That was the third agent that questioned my bank and I was starting to get offended. Yeah, I was twenty four but damn, I had money. I dropped my hands onto the desk and stared down at the mountain of papers in front of me, thinking how the hell I was going to find a building by Monday.

"Babyy?" I raised my eyes up and saw Vanessa leaned against the doorway of my office. "Can I come in?" I nodded softly and sat on the leather chair with a huff. She walked over and softly sat down on my lap, her arms coming around my neck. "What's wrong? You look stressed."

"Just trying to find an office for the label." I rubbed my hands over her thighs before shaking my head and smiling up at her. "Never mind that, how was shopping and dinner?"

She sighed happily and dropped her head into my neck. "Fun, the dresses are so cute. And it made me excited for our day." I smiled and pecked her temple. "Are you going to the bachelor party or the bachelorette?"

"Are you going to the bachelorette?" She nodded. "Then I'm definitely going to the bachelor party." A gasp left her lips as her head raised. "What? Knowing Vivian, she'll order some guy strippers and I'm not about to sit there with some dudes sausage waving in your face."

"That's not going to.." She stopped and looked away before sighing. "Actually yeah, Vivian will do something like that." She looked back at me and shrugged. "Okay but what will you and Trevor do?"

I smirked and shushed her, pulling her head down to my chest. "You must be soooo tired from shopping baby.."

"Y/n-"

"Shhh I'll sing you to sleep. I'm a sucker for you, say the word and I'll go anywhere blindly." I laughed as I sung while she tried to get out of my hold.

"Y/n Y/ln I will cut off your dick and make you eat it." Smiling, I let her come up and glare at me but I just pecked her forehead. "I'm serious."
