TART The Sequel [TART 3]

New Job lol

Yesterday was fun because Mal and I have been thinking about building a fort and spending the night in it or spending the night in a tent for sooo long, and my dad came up with the best idea:

We brought mattresses out on the balcony lol

We had lights all around the walls and roof, plus we lit up a candle and it looked really cozy. We put a few blankets over the railing, and closed the curtains inside so we could get privacy. We had tons of pillows and blankets, and used a new wine cooler that we bought that changes colors AND has a speaker!

Then we brought a tray to keep the wine cooler and snacks on, set my iPad up to the speaker, and binge watched Yuri on Ice lol

We had bought the wine cooler together and brought it to my house two days ago, and we were trying it out and Mal put on the opening to YOI and we looked at each other and knew instantly what we needed:

a Yuri on Ice marathon ;3

It looked really nice out there!! And man, I had forgotten how much I love YOI :'>

Yesterday, my mom told me that she saw that one of the bakeries in town wrote on Facebook that they needed more help, so I quickly told Mal and we both sent an email, and were told to meet the boss today

So we went there together and I was really getting cold feet as I was waiting for Mal to finish the job interview, and I had really decided that I wouldn't go through with it until Mal came out super happy and told me that she got the job, and then she told me the pay (which was actually really good >_<)

So then I figured that trying something out and failing is better than not trying at all, right?

So I forced myself to walk in there and I had the job interview >_<

Which was actually strangely chill lol, literally the only thing she asked me was my name and if I was staying in town for school

So I got the job as well :D

This bakery is split up into two locations though, and obviously since Mal and I are friends we couldn't work together, so she got the main area while I got the less crowded area (which im so happy about XD)

I'm starting already tomorrow and I'm really nervous >_< I hope I'll actually get some proper training -_-

There's this guy that is supposed to help me out tomorrow and the lady said that he was super nice, so I hope it's true :'> It also turns out that his birthday is the exact same date as mine lmao

I ran into H on my way out from the interview (he works there as well) and he asked if I got the job, and then said that he saw Mal literally two minutes before I walked in, and I wanted to tell him that it was because I told her about the job but instead I just laughed awkwardly, said bye, and left lmao

...I need to work on saying more than just "yeah", "hi" and "bye"-

So yeah, hopefully this job will work out fine ^^;
