You guys have no idea how much pain I am in right now

I just finished the 6th Michael Vey book...

I swear, I was crying continuously throughout the last 30-40 pages

And at the last two or three chapters, I was basically sobbing

Even after I had finished the book, I just sat there crying my eyes out for so long

I tried to tell my parents what had happened, but I just broke down in sobs every time I tried T_T Poor Athena was so freaked out lol, she kept trying to sit on my lap and lick my tears which made me laugh, and the more I laughed, the more I also sobbed XD

THIS BOOK JUST FREAKING BROKE MY HEART

My chest is literally hurting

I'm still shaking

My eyes are red and my cheeks and lips are puffy, I look like a wreck TwT

I won't spoil anything... but some shit really did go down

I guess this goes to show just how good the author was at writing lovable characters. I am genuinely attached to all of them

No, Hatch didn't die XD There would be no point in a seventh book if he had already lost lol

The only thing going through my head during this battle was just how courageous the characters were. The majority of them were only 15 years old and should've had their entire lives in front of them

Which is probably why I love characters like Jack and Ostin so much. They weren't electric. Hatch and the Elgen weren't hunting them. Unlike the rest of the characters, they didn't really have to fight. They didn't have to risk their lives, but they did it anyway. Because they loved their friends, and they were willing to stand on the frontlines next to them

Anywho, it was just so amazing to see them all willingly go into a battle they knew they'd likely lose. All the odds were against them. But if they didn't do it, no one would, because they are the only ones who can go up against Hatch and the Elgen

So they marched onto the battlefield willing to die there. What a horrible and beautiful thought TwT

So yeah, I'm broken now

I'm hurting everywhere T_T I SERIOUSLY CANNOT PUT MY PAIN INTO WORDS

IF YOU WANT TO GET INTO READING OR YOU JUST WANT A GOOD BOOK TO READ, I HIGHLY SUGGEST MICHAEL VEY

The first book might be a little hard to get through because it's more cliche and "meh", but it's so worth it because the next books are amazing!

I actually just wrote the spoilers (with a spoiler warning, of course) but I know there's no point because no one understands anywayyyy so I deleted it :>

So yeah, my heart is literally aching again. I CAN'T DESCRIBE THE PAIN IM IN

It's repeating in my head

All I see is someone's eyes

The fear in his face as he held onto the only person he had left

Knowing that might be the last time he would see him

ALL I SEE IS THE PAIN IN HIS EYES (you guys don't understand but something really bad happened... TwT)

Which is actually kinda funny because I didn't actually see anything, this is all just my imagination XD But the Michael Vey books just sucked me into them and I swear it was like I could see everything that was going on, it felt like I was there with them watching everything before my eyes

Ok I need to write about something happier before I cry again TwT

I did some Easter baking with my mom and sister today! Lol

One of the things we baked was marzipan dipped in melted chocolate and covered in a bit of sprinkles, and the other thing was this Easter egg thing where we had this cream thing (I know that's not very helpful lmfao I'm sorry) that we also dipped in chocolate and covered in sprinkles XD

It turned out pretty well (=ﾟωﾟ)ﾉ We might try out another Easter recipe tomorrow (ANYTHING TO GET MY MIND OFF OF MICHAEL VEY 😭)

Ok last thing: I've been so clumsy lately T_T

A few days ago, I managed to knock down everything off one of the shelves in the bathroom

An entire row of deodorants and a bottle of perfume fell and it sounded like someone dropped a bomb in there

I can't believe the bottle of perfume didn't break XD

Anywho, I was about to brush my teeth this morning and I dropped the tube of toothpaste in the sink

Which is pretty normal for me lol, but what happened afterwards really sucked XD

I grabbed my toothbrush, and I have no idea what happened, but it flew out of my hands

It must've looked so funny because I dropped it and caught it a few times and it looked like I was about to save it, and then it shot to the side and landed next to the toilet

I just stood there for a moment until I stuck my head out of the bathroom and said to my mom "for the love of God, please tell me you have an extra toothbrush"

PHEW

THANK GOD

I would've been without a toothbrush until Saturday if my mom didn't have a spare (obviously unused) toothbrush XD
