TART The Sequel [TART 3]

Trip!

I had to wake up at 5:30 a.m. this morning to catch a bus that left at 6:19 :'>>>

We had off from school today, so Amalie, T and I went shopping in a nearby city (Trondheim)

We sat in the back of the bus so luckily the three of us got to sit together :>

When we arrived in the city, we went straight to one of the clothes stores because they had 40% off until 10 o'clock and it was already 9:20 or 9:30 or something so we had to be fast lol

Then we ate at some Asian place in the shopping center before finishing up our clothes shopping

We took a break at Starbucks, and I forget what my drink was called, but I think it had "Tropical Mango" in the name :>

^ that moment when you have to say that your name is Kate because no one knows how to spell Kaitlin :') Even in English-speaking countries people don't know how to spell my name so I'm just doomed no matter where I go ;A;

T and I ordered before Amalie so we were almost finished with our drinks before we could take a picture of our drinks together like some basic bitchesss

Starbucks is good, but it's definitely overrated XD I always get fruity and refreshing drinks when I'm there lol, I need to be in a special mood to crave coffee or frappes or anything like that :P

I wanted to take a picture of the streets because there were Christmas lights hung up all over the place and it looked really pretty but my phone killed the saturation and the whole photo just looks dead :')

^ and there's my girls ;3

Then we went to some random store called "Normal" where we spent WAY more time than I thought we would lol

After that, we went to two art stores WHERE I ACTUALLY BOUGHT NOTHING

WHAAAT XD

I had to teach myself some self control lol. Plus, until I continue working at the bakery, I can't spend all kinds of money >w> And I knew I was gonna spend a lot of money on Christmas gifts for my family :')

Also, I only bought one pair of fuzzy socks TwT I just need to keep reminding myself that college is more important than fuzzy socks :'>

Theeen it was sushi time :D

So good =w=

And theeen we went to the manga store so I could pick up gifts for my dad and sister. I got Overwatch merch for Hannah, and Harry Potter merch for my dad lol

Amalie got a message that our old friend who moved away was in Trondheim and was gonna take the train back to town, so she sat with us and we goofed around the whole way home :D

My feet and hands are aching

My arms were shaking when I was eating sushi lmao, I really need to start working out :'>

Ok last thing about this trip: we bought matching hoodies, and obviously I wanted mine a little baggy, but Medium was huge on me so I went with Small

But then I realized that Small was too big on me too so I had to buy it in XS T_T

And something even more embarrassing, is that I seriously had to buy a dress (for the Christmas ball) from the kid's department

I DIDN'T EVEN GRAB THE BIGGEST SIZE

I COULD'VE WORN A SIZE SMALLER AND IT STILL WOULD'VE LOOKED FINE ON ME

I can't believe I'm saying this, but I actually felt good yesterday

Like, I was actually happy. I left school with a good feeling, which is amazing because that's not something I've felt a lot this semester

It actually feels amazing to not have Mal in my life anymore

I was hanging out with JT, Mark and another friend all day long and I actually felt included, I got to be with Amalie and T during lunch, and I worked really well in class and finished two assignments (which is amazing because my concentration has been so bad these past few weeks because all I've been able to think about is the Mal situation)

So yeah, I can't believe I'm saying this, but I had a good day yesterday :)
