Chapter 28

I'm woken up by the door shutting I try falling back asleep but my mind is on other things like how I'm supposed to defeat Gaea and how Harry and his friends are acting weird and very secretive the next task will be here soon and Harry still hasn't figured out what the next clue is. I decide to get up breakfast ends in about twenty minutes and me and Harry are teaching battling with swords they we do at camp half-blood.

"What up Vi" Percy walks up beside me matching my strides even though he's taller "nothing much I guess just Thinking about the war against Gaea how is your quest going?" Percy shakes his head with a disappointing look

"Honestly not so great there hasn't been a day where we haven't had to fight against monsters or minor gods" Percy looks tired he must have been up late thinking about Annabeth

"I wish I could compare but I can't nothing has happened and honestly I'm staring to miss the fights against the monsters...I miss camp Percy...I miss battling with campers and playing capture the flag and all those other crazy shit we do" Percy laughs at me and nods his head sorrowfully

"Yeah I get what you mean I sometimes wonder if me and Annabeth will ever get the chance to live a life together" I hug Percy and comfort him "come on we got a class to teach" I laugh and roll my eyes

We wait for everyone to return and I see Harry, Hermione, Ron and his twin brothers George and Fred joking around as always

Me and Percy wait for the rest of students to come and I see Malfoy and his goons along with some other slytherin students we probably have about a class of forty combining kids from ravenclaw, and hufflepuff.

"What's up as some of you know I'm Percy and This here is sea girl" Percy jokes and some students laugh but I shove him "I wouldn't listen to sea brain here he might get you killed if you're ever in a fight against monsters"

I snicker and laugh. I turn and see clarrise in the front with some slytherin girls along with patty Parkinson or whatever her name is

"Today we're staring off with the basics each of you will be given celestial bronze swords and before you ask no you can NOT keep them" I hear some groans from students and Fred and George groans stands out the most

"Vi's gonna be my partner we're gonna demonstrate a battle" everyone cheers wanting to see what we do "now remember don't jump in you could get seriously hurt since you have magic in your blood the swords can kill you"

"Ready Vi?" I nod my head "I'll try to go easy on you don't want to get a cut right?" Percy smirks and I roll my eyes "I guess we'll see right?"

Me and Percy both get our own personal swords and we stand a battling stance Percy makes the first move that I easily deflect "gonna have to try a lot harder than that Percy"

Percy nods his head and we start The real battling me and Percy strike swords against each other we're full on battling and Percy strikes his sword again and i didn't deflect it in time and get a slash in my arm I strike Percy with my sword drowning out the other students I manage to cut Percy's leg and finally disarm him

"I let you win Vi I didn't want you to lose"
I laugh at Percy "sure just keep telling yourself that" so run up to the lake and so does Percy we stick our hands in and the water immediately heals our cuts

"Okay who's your first?" Clarrise steps up challenging me "I'll go against you it would sure be a fun battle"

"I step up to her, you really wanna go there didn't you learn anything from last week?" She scoffs and gets in battling stance and so do I.
